The manes have been fixed and you can now get them for regal manes! It just doesn't show on the list :C

@Miwa~ I'll add you to the list for all of them ^^ And maybe, but more variety would be better, and if I repeat the decor with a colour that's close to another (the purple is already fairly light) it may be rejected, and therefore a waste of decor creation :C
