This kinda reminds me of the "adoption" center on chicken smoothie. It open randomly about 7-8 times a week and once you get a pet you have 24 hr cool down before you can adopt again. Maybe the donation area could work like that? to prevent it from being unfair, or from people who might just lurk and continuously click items to get for themselves. Support! Maybe players can snatch up to 2 items daily so it will prevent someone from snatch too many of good stuff... @ tigris, there would be no reason for there to be bad luck with timing if the items are randomized and there was an ability to refresh the page, good stuff would shift through quite often i'd imagine. Its not different than the TC at times honestly. Sometimes people put really rare, really amazing things on the TC and if you aren't there to nab it first then there's always next time. Difference is that with the page refreshing you wont have to wait an agonizingly long time before something good pops up again. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Reading in another suggestion i think there use to be donation but they got removed due to no actual commitment to giving? I guess it was being abused. Well, I support if you can only take something if you've given something in previous x amount of time. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I know what the other players are referring to. I was reading through suggestions yesterday and I remember a comment in one about donations but I cannot remember which suggestion it was in. All I could find was everyone saying donations and free breedings and such are against TOS. I imagine implementing something like an official donation post would help alleviate some banned donations as long as there were set conditions on which you could take. 0 players like this post! I think the idea is intriguing, but for lions it would probably not work. With the cub numbers being what they are, and the economy struggling, perhaps it would be easier to just have items. I like how Howrse does their "Send this horse to Heaven" You get a tiny pittence of SB and your horse goes to heaven and every day players can go to a special page to view the horse in heaven and interact with them some way. Interacting gives energy, or around 3 pennies. If more lions went to "heaven" people might be less likely to feel guilt at the prospect of killing/chasing cubs. 0 players like this post! Like? |

With Howrse you get a pass, which is sort of like GB here. I used to kill my older horses to get passes... because I can't get them with real money. Like GB... It seems like a cool idea. And here you can't age up a lion until it croaks. 0 players like this post! Like? |
