However, it would seem Ballinia Bay, Oregon has other things to present to this case- as the many places it provides swarms with creatures unknown. Particularly, those of 'humans' possessing greater force. In some cases; witches and wizards. This in particular is not the only abnormal being walking the crowds, as lycans, vampires, nymphs, few shape-shifting dragons, faeries, ghosts, and satyrs tend to wander about.
