Hello! I'm Dax, and I am seeking art of my new OC, Pistol. She is a "Jackoilope", a hybrid between a koi fish and a jackalope (a species I created).

Pistol is a koi fish and jackalope hybrid. She lives in deep salt water lakes, but has the ability to breathe on land, as she enjoys basking in the late evening on the rocks that have been warmed by the sun.

Pistol is able to photosynthesize, but can also consume food, much like a jellyfish. Her consumed diet consists of shrimp, plants and grasses that grow in the water she lives in, as well as fruit that drops into the water from the trees that surround her home.

Overall, Pistol is very independent. She does not live along side any others of her species, but does interact with the local small flora and fauna that inhabit her territory. Pistol is a tad closed off, and is very fearful for her life and the loss of her home. She relies on the schedule of the daily rising and setting of the sun. Pistol gets very stressed when the weather messes with her schedule, and will often spend multiple days in her underwater caves when the weather becomes anything more than a drizzle.

Pistol's upper half of her body looks like a normal rabbit's. She has erect ears, long front claws, and small antlers. Her bottom half is much like a koi mermaid, with long flowing tail fins and a few small side fins around where her upper and bottom halves meet, as well as a small dorsal fin that starts a bit lower than right between her shoulder blades, and ends a little bit down the back of her tail. All fins are matching, flowy ones, much like a fancy koi goldfish.

Pistol's upper half is a solid black rabbit with white speckles/freckles mainly on her face and ears, with less around her shoulders and front legs. Her eyes are Silver, but change to a burnt maroon when she is sick or scared. Pistol's tail is white with spread out red and gold scales, much like a calico koi. Her antlers are a light grey with gold shimmering. Her claws on her front paws are the same as her antlers.
