Since the start of this month's event there have been a few people who have won the Skyward raffle twice. I feel this is unfair to other people entering. It should be one account = one win.

I propose that anyone who wins a raffle (or special) lioness from an event/News should either be prevented from entering again (with a block on their account) or should be removed from the RNG.

This should only apply to the account which won the lioness and shouldn't apply to people who bought/traded for special lionesses in their den.
