When you purchase an adoptable from me you have the right to use the design however you like. If you want to make changes to the design, you can redraw your adoptable however you like, but you do not have permission to modify the provided base in any way. If I catch you modifying the base, you lose the right to use the image, however, the design itself still remains yours.
