I accidentally bought an aging stone and I want my beetles back. Oasis refund button, anyone? (Does not count for gb purchases aka buying gb for real money) Boov suggested refund time limit. 10-15 min is fine c: |

There should be a chance to refund GB, SB isnt that hard to come by, but GB can be. Im not supporting if you're voting in limited in currency.  0 players like this post! Like? |

I understand that gb is not that hard to come by, but for some people it is. And some of the oasis items cost 2gb+, and that is expensive for us players that can't get gb c: And yes, we do look before we buy, sometimes out browsers freak out and make us buy 2 items instead of 1 0 players like this post! Truth is that if you're for example on your phone and you click on something, your phone might decide to do something else and that's pretty annoying. Bought accendentaly a base changer once, and at the time I still had a hard time getting GB. Support. My browser sometimes SOMEHOW double refreshes without asking confirmation, so I end up with like 100 of one item (obviously not literally) from the oasis and I have to try to sell each one... It should only be valid for 10-15 minutes after purchase though. 0 players like this post! Like? |
