"Nice catch!" His eyes widened slightly at the young male, his first time and he actually caught a fish! Looking up, "We can do maybe one more fish unless you want to go ahead and head back with these??" He didn't care either way, the river was the perfect fishing place and the fish weren't exactly hard to catch but not easy either. His eyes grazed the area they were in and admired the beauty for a bit while awaiting the adol's answer.

He practically jumped with joy, "I'll be right back!! Dont go to far!" Then he was running off towards where the alpha and beta sat conversing. Once he was about 10 yards away he slowed to a respectful walk towards them and halted 5 yards away from them. Waiting to be acknowledged by either and ask permission to take Snake out towards the plains and teach her 'self defense' in case there ever was a raid of any kind.

Snake || Female || 2 || Omega

Sighing, she sat back down, watching Daemon run off to ask. She turned her gaze back to the lake, and after a moment she rose and started down it. A drink of water wouldn't hurt. After all, she hadn't received an assignment yet...

Once she got to the edge of the water, she dipped her muzzle in to drink. It was still slightly chilly next to it, but her thick fur kept her relatively warm.

Kayip sat next to Ragnor for a while, but to no avail, the wolf ignored him. With an agitated huff of breath, the black wolf paced away. He spotted the omega and cast a curious glance towards the drinking canine. He walked over and tried to raise his head higher in dominance, but he was too short- being six months old and all, so he just stood next to her. "Hello." He calmly spoke. Kayip wasn't completely sure how to act around this omega, he'd never really talked to her. "How are you today?" His voice was still high and squeaky for his age and he coughed lightly.

Derryn||4||Beta

Derryn tilted his muzzle towards the sky thoughtfully, his tail curling so that it was closer to his large paws. "Hm... He had wanted you to succeed him from the start. Some alpha allow the beta to succeed them, but its understandable why he wanted his own blood. You were alway very sharp, and a fast learner." He looked back down at her, and wagged his tail a little. "You've done well in these past months. There was no vacuum of power or loss of leadership. You've not been perfect, but your young, and no alpha is. The pack has stayed strong, and you've made good decisions."

Derryn paused, "I think he'd be proud. And that he'd know he made the right decision. Then he'd tell you to watch out for Duskfall, as always." The big wolf finished, glancing over at Daemon, who waited nearby, then back to Kenai.

Raising her head, she nodded gratefully to Derryn, before turning her attention to Daemon "Yes? Sorry to keep you waiting, what are you here for, Daemon?" Settling onto her haunches, she looked out behind him, at the omega-Snake-taking a drink from the lake.

The alabaster fae had remained in her den since she awoke, simply staring out at the camp with her ebony eyes. Slowly she rose to her petite paws and padded out. Her walk had a sway to it, it looked like she was in a hunting mode constantly, her head remained low and swung with her body's movement. Her stance was like this due to her injury on her back right leg, she never could walk properly on it but she never told anyone that. After slinking out she took up residence by the mountain, stretching her bodice out as she lay upon her belly. Her head lay over her paws as she stared out at the camp still, only taking slow blinks every now and then.

Snake blinked, looking up from the lake at the young wolf. Ah, it was one of the apprentices! She watched him try and assert his dominance (unsuccessfully), but she bowed her head respectfully. "Good morning, Kayip." She spoke, adverting her eyes away from the higher ranked wolf. "... Do you need anything?"

(Sorry, Emma! I didn't see it, thanks for telling me! Also, I'm using data right now, so don't expect many replies from me over the weekend ;;)

Shaking his head and tail as he climbed out of the river, he shook himself dry and went to sniff his fish "Nah lets head back. We both caught something and id like to head back. So, why was it that you brought me out here? I saw the look you gave me when i was tailing Alpha Kenai, is there somethig you wanted to ask?" Picking up the fish he had caught, he padded halfway up the hill and turned, waiting for the noble.

I lumbered back into camp, after checking the boarders. Since there are no scouts, the duty fell on to me, and the warriors, but I would rather do it, while my warriors were closer to the den site. I made a respectful nod to Kenai, and Derryn as I passed, not stopping for conversation, since they were already in one. I stopped by the lake, noticing Snake, before dipping down and taking a quick drink.

I slunk out of my small den, a little panicked. I stopped when the light hit my eyes, reminding me the pack was still here, and I had only had a night mare. I ducked my head bashfully to myself, feeling silly that I was still having night mares. I gave myself a good shake, before looking around the den site, and seeing most of the pack were active. I slunk down to the lake, and waited tell Tehcumseh was done with his drink, before taking mine. Showing my respect for him by waiting.

His ears flicked down to the young male, shaking his head slightly, "No I just wanted out of camp for a bit is all, and learning expirences are always around us." He said with a shrug of his shoulders. "Lets head back then and get this thing underway." He said before grabbing the fish he killed and trotting towards the crest of the hill, up a obviously worn path, waiting at the top and looking towards the pack camp. "If we hurry, we can get there in time." He barked around the fish in his mouth.

Once Kenai spoke to him he dipped his head and approached, "I was wondering if me and Snake could go out into the plains to let her learn the lay of the land and some techniques to protect her and others from any attacks or raids from the Sunrise pack." The last few words spoken with vemon, righting himself again he looked up at them with a soft sight, "Would that be acceptable Alpha Kenai and Beta Derryn?"
