The newest update is pretty confusing, ain't it? Sometimes the news doesn't answer some of your questions, correct? Well this is the guide for you. BROODMOTHERS Question: How do you assign a lioness to be a Broodmother? A: You scroll down to where it says you can assign it. If it is hunting it cannot be a broodmother. If it is in a hunting party, then it can not become a Broodmother. Click on the button Become Broodmother. You have assigned your lioness to be a Broodmother. The area to assign a Broodmother. Question: How do I assign cubs to my Broodmother? Answer: Scroll down to where you assigned your Broodmother, and you should have somewhere saying "Assign Cubs." Click on the cubs that you want to assign to her, and they will be under her protection until they are adolescents. CUBS Question: My cub has a exclimantion point near it's name. Why?! Answer: That is because they are unprotected. Protect them with one of your spare Broodmothers quickly before they die! Question: Will I get a message if my cub dies? Answer: Yes. You will get a random RPG message for how your cub died. If I forgot any questions to answer, please post down below. Thank you. =) 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Can you post the amount of territory you need for each broodmother and explain how many cubs you can assign to each. Additionally, can you explain at what percentage your cub might die? 6 players like this post! Like? |

Yes, the broodmother status is permanent until the lioness dies -- she won't randomly stop being a broodmother. However, you can manually remove her status as a broodmother from her page (and you will have to if you want to transfer/trade her). Otherwise, the status will stay. 0 players like this post! Like? Quick question, as I have never really paid attention. At what age do they no longer need a broodmother? 1 year? 0 players like this post! Like? |

@Sam - Yes, at one year (Or maybe its 1 year and 1 month?) they automatically leave their broodmother and no longer need her protection. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Can you post the amount of territory you need for each broodmother? I have 4 but I'd like to know how much territory I have to buy for more. I breed a lot! 1 player likes this post! Like? |

I did some more digging and found this. Posting here for anyone else who's wondering. You can have 1 broodmother for every 10 slots, and the game rounds up to the nearest 10 5 Territory = 1 Broodmother 10 Territory = 1 Broodmother 11 Territory = 2 Broodmothers 21 Territory = 3 Broodmothers 31 Territory = 4 Broodmothers 41 Territory = 5 Broodmothers 12 players like this post! Hey everyone. I have a female set to broodmother... just changed it from a different lioness. Have two Cubs that need protection currently. But I can’t add them to the new broodmother. They have the orange ! next to them and I have the drop down menu for the lioness. But can’t pick any of the cubs. Any thoughts?? Super worried I’m gonna loose them. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I've learn that Broodmother's can only have 5 cubs assigned to them (the dropdown menu will still show the other cubs). If your lioness is already protecting 5 cubs, she can't take on another one. 0 players like this post! Like? |
