Dewrain allowed Littlepaw to sit closer to him, though was curious of why she did so. "Nearly is not enough. I'm sure you'll be a warrior soon, so don't worry." He replied, looking away. Quite looking at me like that, I didn't push you in that river." He gave a soft growl. "Maybe not but you could have stopped it!" He was angry and that was fine. "No I couldn't have, it was your time. The prophecy needed to start." He looked down again watching the squirming forms. "How will life be fore them?" Coldstream gave a huff. She yearned to be out of Mosseyes responsibility, and wanted to be able to patrol with the more seasoned warriors. She listened to the chatter in the Clan, about HawkClan and the seer. She was shocked to hear that close to no one mentioned Leopardpelt's death. "Are they more frightened than mournful?" she spoke. They probably are, knowing that the other Clan is coming back and things are going to be unsettling. I have not heard of the prophecy, but I know that things aren't going to be all pretty anymore." His emerald eyes darkened with sorrow at the thought of the two clans engaging in a dark, horrifying war. He wanted no part of it, but knew that he would defend his Clan no matter what. Dapplestar sniffed at the water level sighing, the river had over-flown but it wouldn't get any where near the clan. Just as she was about to head back, a tabby ran into her with a snarl. Unprepared she looked dazed as the tom pinned her down growling, and biting down on her shoulder. She blinked as the pain from her shoulder brought her senses back, and quickly surged upward unsheathing her claws. Both ended up taking quick swipes and jumping back before latching together in a whirl of claws and fur. Blossomkit quieted down from Specklekits paw and huddled as close as she could get. Finchkit had snuck into the leaders den and peered into the nest at the two, before hopping in herself and resting up against them hoping to share her warmth while their mother...and her leader were gone. Nightkit puffed up his fur unsure what to say, he knew Orangekit would be depressed but he didn't feel anything other than the cold breeze and the urge to play 0 players like this post! Like? |

Littlepaw's ears fell back. She entirely forgot that she wasn't supposed to leave camp. Instead of going back, she sat down, only a yard away from the camp entrance. "I'm sorry. I just.. Don't know what to do. I feel helpless. I wish Leopardpelt hadn't died.." 0 players like this post! Like? |
