This is a Discussion and Suggestion Thread for Drachenhund Interactive Adoptables. This thread is for discussing various topics on the Drachenhund species and the adoptables that come from it, as well as suggestions for species, items, explore areas, and what not. Alright, so what are Drachenhund? Drachenhund are a breed of dragon/dog mixes, portraying both species attributes. Their size and weight are an aspect of being dragon, while they sport the noses, ears, and limbs of a dog. Often times they can be seen with horns/wings/claws/different paws. They can come with mutations or none at all. Drachenhund are an original species, created solely by Wolvenflame (#7298). There are several types, most waiting to be discovered yet! Drakynes are known as the males, while Dogons are the females. There is currently only adult male lineart, adult female lineart, and general pup lineart, but more will come. If you have not adopted a Drachenhund just yet, don't fret! You can explore without owning a pup or adult, and you can find one through exploring! Explore Area Polls If you would like to see any of these areas open for exploration and hopefully new breeds of Drachenhund, please cast your vote in the comments! **Needs To Be Updated** Or, if you have an idea for an explore area, please comment that below! @ Oh my. Well I am an artist myself but digital is not my strong point. However traditional is. If you would like any help with lines or anything I could always help with that. I could upload them to my stash on DA and you can download and trace them from there. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Okay guys! I'm throwing this out here as suggested by BC. BC has suggested an item that is able to be sent out with your exploring drachenhunds is known as a Love Potion. This Love Potion would be used to breed your Drachehund to a wild one of the opposite sex. Now, I can see a lot of issues with this, but there are some pros to it as well. My biggest issue is, would this item be considered a fair item to use? Is it fair for everyone? It sounds like a massive mass breeding thing, which could become a problem in the future, but this is something I want to hear discussions on. Secondly, BC has suggested a new element called Rainbow Element. If this is the case, you need a 100% pass rate to give it to your pups. What do you guys think? Thoughts? Questions? Also! Suggested by Bipolar was a venom element. ^^ Throw everything at me, folks! I'm listening. :) 0 players like this post! Like? |

I like the idea of the love potion. Maybe to decrease the influx of pups you have a pass/fail rate of breeding? This way it is still fair to use the item but you won't be mass breeding. Also I think that the potion should only be able to be used on females. And in order to use it the female has to be in heat. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I agree with shy; if a potion like that is implemented, it should only be able to be used on in-heat females. A higher chance of miscarriage due to traveling back home while pregnant[since there is a chance for a great many things; injury, hunger, etc] would be sufficient, or perhaps you could only obtain a single pup from a wild breeding to curb the influx. Also, a venom element would be very cool. cx 0 players like this post! Like? |

I see the points on this for sure. So, if a potion like this is implemented, we have it work on in-heat females only. If it succeeds, say.... What do you guys think a good pregnancy rate is? If it succeeds, there is a 50/50 chance for miscarriages, since that's the chances for being hurt as well. And on top of this, we only have a single pup per wild breeding. 0 players like this post! That's what I think 50/50 chance of the female getting pregnant whether it's a miscarriage or a failed breeding attempt. 0 players like this post! Like? |

So, 50/50 chance for wild breedings then? Or do we want to go with all breedings? 0 players like this post! Like? |
