Just thought I'd go ahead and post this somewhere. This will be added to the other two topics as well.

Now that we know a little bit about this world, let's just look at something really quick. About "Heros" and "Villains".

You see, Biohazard... They're considered a villainous organization, are they not? The government wants to know who they are, what their motives are, and how to get them out of the picture. It isn't so much a power thing, but if some people start thinking that Biohazard wants to overthrow the government? Maybe they'll like the idea.

So the government started an organization. It's pretty much unnamed, but other than that, it's great. It's a work in progress, but it gives the people something to look up to. Actual superheroes.

Out of a few of the schools surrounding the area, a few students were chosen to be part of this organization. Of course, not from the smaller towns, but from the big one not far from where this is all happening. Some people remark that they are even as mysterious as Biohazard in the fact that the government wishes to keep their identities a secret for now...

Going to get this out of the way.

Unless they would like to remain anonymous, I will not mention the name of the person who messaged me. It had been brought to my attention that the RP was becoming more of a 1-1 RP instead of a group one. I am partly to blame, but this is all trial and error! I am going to update the rules in a few days as my Christmas plans aren't fully over.

1. Please wait two messages until you post.

This means that you post, someone else posts, and then another person posts. This will reduce the 1-1 issue, and hopefully bring on more interaction.

2. There will be a set time limit. If no one posts within that limit but people you are interacting with does, then you can respond.

This reduces the chance of no one posting at all, and the chat being in limbo. If you have any doubts on when you can post, PM me.

3. A new event will be happening soon.

I drop these in to help interaction, move the story along, and to all in all make the plot more interesting.

4. I encourage everyone to scroll through the posts in case you missed anything.

If that doesn't work, then you can maybe PM the person you were RPing with to get back together. I'm sorry once again for any inconveniences that it might've brought, but I will try and make sure it doesn't happen again.
