While hunting, and exploring GIVES carcasses I thought of an idea for newer players or people who have no luck hunting for larger prey. When you attack SOME/or all of the hooved creatures you can have a 20% chance or more/less percentage of getting a carcass from the creature. If you don't get the carcass you instead get the SB. You will still get EXP and IMP when winning, The carcass will only be given if it is already prey unless Xylax wishes to add them in. |

Clock | This is the last reply I'm making. I prefer a challenge. If my lionesses run away, that's my fault. I didn't work hard enough to level them up and earn SB. I've never had a lioness run away, because I'm always vigilant and working to make sure I can sustain the size of my pride. If I don't have enough food, and I'm really struggling, I force myself to cut down on pride numbers until I can sustain a larger pride. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Lin hits on all my points as to why I don't support this. If you want to keep a bunch of lionesses and cubs, you are going to need to work to sustain them all. Hence hunting. Or, in cases where you don't have time to hunt, buy food (and support the economy in the process). It isn't meant to be easy to keep that many lions. There's a reason it takes effort to even build up territory. I rarely hunt. But I still get enough through exploring, buying food, and selling unwanted items to build up the SB/GB in order to keep my large pride fed. They don't even need to eat every single day but it's rare I'm not able to do that. At the end of the day, feeding your pride is a challenge you, as leader, are expected to take on and manage your pride so you're able to meet their needs. This is to encourage hunting, buying and selling, and to control population. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I see where you are coming from but note not everyone battles every single NPC. ((I personally don't)) but it is something to help people who are busy, or just have no luck hunting and getting large caresses 0 players like this post! Like? |

Mrs.Ren | I don't battle every single NPC, in fact, I only battle them if they give me event currency. If they gave carcasses, that would change. I don't see how it matters one way or the other, or how that has to do with anything. However, as both Ara and I have stated, if you are constantly busy, you shouldn't have a large pride. Sustaining a larger pride is hard for a reason. If you're busy, stock up on carcasses from sales. 0 players like this post! Like? |

No support. I can see where this would be helpful to new players, but in my opinion, new players should learn the ropes the same way we all did. Hunting really isn't that difficult. I understand that some people can't be on 24/7 but you should only have as big a pride as you can handle. If you can't handle 30/20/or even 10, don't have that many. Save sb to buy good huntresses, find ways to make sb...heck there are groups that specifically help new players with food and other things. And to be honest, rolled kings are going to have a harder time against npcs anyway.... 0 players like this post! Like? |

No support, The amount of chances way too high. I would only support if it was much much much much much lower. I see how it would be helpful but I don't battle every NPC and new players might not even succeed in battling. Just my onion please don't hate me. 0 players like this post! Like? |

No support. I don't see this as making it easier to get food, since hunting is far more convenient and less luck-based than randomly obtaining food from a random explore encounter. Exploring is the last thing I do when I can only be online for a short time! I also agree with Kat and Kalia that this likely wouldn't even be very helpful to new players, since newbies seem to have a harder time winning battles and would thus be less likely to ever get food from battling. 0 players like this post! @Fledgling But they're not suggesting replacing this as the hunting system, They're just suggesting you'll have a chance to get food in explore. What does this have to do with how many times you explore and such? 0 players like this post! Like? |

... Because OP is saying that we need this so that the game is more convenient for new and busy players, but it isn't actually convenient. 0 players like this post! Like? |

@Clock We know perfectly well what is being suggested. But we do not see the point in adding this to explore BECAUSE of what is already in place. You can already get carcasses from regular exploring and hunting. The op suggests that we get carcasses from defeating NPC's as well to help new players, and others....which I get can be helpful but, it makes hunting sound harder than it really is, and patrolling submales for that matter as they have a chance to bring back food as well. New players as I have said need to learn how to play the game, level up their hunters and whatnot instead of having things added to make the game easy. When we say there is no point, we mean that it's time wasted on coding for something that really doesn't need to be added. We already have 3 ways to get food on our own, 4 if you count buying it. I don't see a point for another method. 0 players like this post! Like? |

@Kat This makes me laugh. You guys argue over realism when people suggest Hybrids and New eye colors, Yet you disagree with this suggestion. Normally, any lion would drag back the carcass of prey if killed, and they would allow their pride to feast upon their winnings. Yes, I understand this isn't a real lion game, but you guys sure seem to want it that way. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Personally, I care slightly about the realism of the game. Of course I wouldn't want seriously outrageous coat colours, but I've never argued over these aspects of the game. I learned just to roll with it. The developers of this site will add what they think suits. In the text when you beat an Enemy NPC, it says that they flee, implying that you were doing simply as the game suggests. Defending your territory from an enemy. 0 players like this post! Like? |
