Wouldn't it be great if we could view exactly how many Leopons, Dwarves, Extra Limbs, etc are in game? I'm a generally curious person and it always struck me as odd that we couldn't use the Search feature to search for a specific mutation. What I'm proposing is a small drop down box to be added to both the Search for Members and Search for Pride Members tabs which would display all the mutations in Lioden for the user to select. (basically one identical to that in the Trading Center) If a member selects, perhaps, Leopon, the results would then show only Leopons. I will add more detail later~ |

I don't support purely on the basis that those with rare mutations may wish to be left alone. Some people may use the new feature in order to harass owners into selling their mutations. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I agree with orcinus, my friend has a leopon and people constantly harass her about joining their breeding projects or if she would sell her leopon or her leopon's cubs. So I'll have to say I don't support for now. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Hmm, that's a fair point. However, the fault of the harassment wouldn't lay on the Search Tool, but rather on the users harassing others themselves. 0 players like this post! Like? |

It wouldn't be the fault of the search tool, but at the same time it would be. It would be used in order to aid the harassment. There's a lot of players who hound others for their mutations without this search tool, by coding this particular idea in it would only make it easier for them. Don't get me wrong, I like the idea. Yes, that's very true. However, threads that list existing Leopons and the like have the same effect then. I suppose we cannot control how each individual will utilize a feature of the game (i.e- Avoiding Rollover to freeze lions, etc etc) 0 players like this post! Like? |
