I'm looking for someone to draw a human ref of my canine OC, Angana (or Ange as a nick-name) ^^

Some stuff to note about his looks:
- Feel free to play with his skin tone; I'd prefer he'd be on the darker side, but I have no idea what he might look good with.
- Yes his hair does cover his eyes as a canine, but please don't completely cover his eyes in his human version~
- His eyes are a blue-green colour.
- He's 15 years of age.
- He's 5ft 2in
- He dresses on the girly side, and favors tight clothing, ankle boots and scarves.

His personality:
- He's a very flirtatious person, with anyone that will let him, regardless of gender.
- He's got an addictive personality, and when he's denied his usual action (Usually holding someones hand, or hooking his arm through another persons arm) he will get upset.
- He loves, just loves touch. Its likely his worse addiction yet. He's a very hands on person, loving to be close to other people.
- He doesn't seem to get angry; and if he does, he just tears up.
