i hate how it costs 10 gb to retire your king early. because of that we should atleast be able to put up or sub males for studding. atleast the people on their first king should. because eeryone's first king is crap. and we dont want to wait till he is frickin 15 to retire him. and we can get good sub males, that would be great for studding, but we cant do crap with them. and in my case this guy http://www.lioden.com/lion.php?id=651751552948 will die before my king does! its super annoying and i really think xylax needs to stop shooting this idea down, because 1: its reasonable, 2: its smart and 3: its allows new players to have a frickin chance without having to wait forever. and for the "oh its not realistic" people, sub males arent necessarily realistic. neither is them doing the patrolling. in the wild its the king that patrols, and all males are chased out when they become adolescents. so dont give me that. |

Eh. I don't really mind, I kinda like my starter king even though he is trash, but he's my trash uvu I make enough SB selling excess food I get anyway, enough to stud my girls to better kings and get nice-looking heirs for my next generation. You could also always look around some events and try to improve your king that way. It may take a bit, but marking applicators or base changers such as Hot Cocoa from this event and the Ivory Carvings from March (which is when I joined) don't take too terribly long to acquire. There's also some things in Monkey Business for SB if you're able to save up. 0 players like this post! Like? |

All newbies have to have with a plain first king. You just have to deal with it. New players are meant to get used to the gameplay before worrying about the breeding and the stats and making the prettiest pride and all that. 1- This idea is not reasonable in the slightest. 2- Having submales be able to breed would completely ruin certain assets of gameplay. 3- Although submales in this game do patrol, you have to admit that our kings do most of the patrolling themselves. 4- I don't understand how you think that this would be "smart". 5- Waiting a few months isn't "waiting forever". Have some patience C: 6- Xylax and the other admins were gracious enough to let us have submales in the first place. The only thing they restricted was breeding the submales. In my opinion, it would be far more satisfactory to be a newbie and work hard to find an heir when the time is right (when you're used to the game mechanics), instead of being rushed right into it. Honestly I would enjoy the game much more for what it is. For these reasons, I have to disagree with your idea. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 01/06/16 @ 13:02:30 by astro (#68056) |
