Aaliyah although being nearly 23 is a newly changed vampire and is sent to a school to learn how to handle the changes her body is going through. She is assigned a mentor and a roommate, after a few weeks of going to school she starts getting these strange visions of her alone or so she thinks at first in the woods ...,she is over come with the urge to keep these images before her eyes..,so even though before now she's never been really artist she finds herself drawing these visions and finds that there is a wolf always hiding in background watching her....as the days go by she also learns she can understand animals...,she is feeling a bit over whelmed should she share these visions with her roommate or mentor.

(Thinking the mentor might be the wolf like having a shapeshifting ability)
