[ Sorry for my delay, I hadn't noticed Olive's response ] Avisa gave a curt nod to the healer who greeted her, which was actually a warm response for the dog. Her eyes narrowed around camp when she was met with no response from her warriors. They must have been out already, or sleeping in instead of taking advantage of the warm weather. The lazy bunch. How this pack would run on four legs without their alpha, she didn't know. The mutt snorted with annoyance. Her head turned sharply to face Olive and her ears flicked forward at the offer. It was good of the pup watcher to offer, even if her role in the pack did mean she was on the softer side and probably little use in a fight. "... Come along then." Avisa replied simply. She turned heel into the forest and paused briefly to let her company follow. "We haven't had pups in a while now," The warrior stated bluntly as they walked at a quick -her kind of- pace that was almost running. She didn't slow for Olive to keep up but only expected her too. "A shame really. The pack needs to expand before the fall approaches. Least we have more little mouths to feed during the winter." 0 players like this post! Like? Hazel smiled and laid down. "I know, we need some rainfall soon. I hope no herbs will dry up." She said biting into the bird. She enjoyed company while she laid and ate, and she liked being around Lenna. "So how have you been Lenna?" She asked glancing over to her while still eating. Olive could sense that Avisa had no faith in her whatsoever. Even though she was a pup watcher she could still fight as well as a warrior. She was not out of shape and could keep up with the Akbash easily. "Yes, especially when winter comes and mountain lions come out. Your warriors don't seem nearly as useful as before. None even was awake to come on a patrol. Will they even be ready if an attack had happened?" She asked in a low growl. "I could help... since they're no pups for me to tend to." 0 players like this post! Like? |

Lenna sighed, nodding. When the question of how shes been came up, she shrugged. "Eh. Good days and bad ones." she said, going quiet as she ate her piece of prey. 0 players like this post! Like? |

[ Avisa; Lead Warrior ] - [ Location; The Forest; Patrol Route ] - [ Mentions ; Olive ] Avisa glanced sideways at Olive for a moment, but her solid face did not change. "I sense you are annoyed. Have I done something to agrivate you?" She questioned. Somewhere above them a bird took flight and Avisa trailed it with narrow eyes. She scanned the forest. Something seemed off about the morning. Perhaps spring was ending early. She shook her head and brought her mind back on track. "Normally I would be more protective of my warriors, but you are right. They have been very lazy lately. The spring has made something soft of them. I will have to whip them back in to shape come winter." She paused for a brief moment and slowed to look at the other wolf. "If you wish to become a warrior I am not the one to bark at. Take it up with our alpha and if he feels it is what's best for the pack I will happily take you down to the training ground." 0 players like this post! Like? |

Acer He quickly finishes the rabbit which mostly gone and only had a few remaining bones left. He watched Avisa and Olive go on a patrol around the territory. "I should join them, i'v been too lazy for the own good recently". After he quickly ate the remaining bones of the rabbit that he recently ate, he started to quickly trot towards them and caught up so he could join in. "May I join in?" He says to the two females in his calm but loud voice. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Mirza/ Warrior/ Location out side camp/ Mentions: Avisa, Olive Mirza could be seen running at a full sprint around the territory, two years of habit hadn't died away easily. Every morning he still ran laps around the territory. When he was still living with his trainer he had a treadmill that he would run on for an hour or so. But this worked just the same, he let out another deep breath and focused intently at the tic'tock sound of his heavy paws hitting the ground. Keeping his eyes trained forward as the surrounding foliage blurred into a green blobs, all while keeping up a "1,2,3," mantras in his head. As he rounded another corner he noticed quickly a fallen tree in his path, instead of changing his direction he took the jump without breaking his rhythm. After landing he continued on until he finally started to become winded, he slowed down to a light jog and walked back into the direction of the camp, though he doubt he was missed. After a few minutes boredom quickly swept over him as his eyes ran back and forth across the forest around him. This was one thing pack life lacked, a constant stream of excitement. Following his nose he walked towards the scent of nearby pack members. Stepping out of the brush he came face to face with the Lead Warrior and Pup Watcher? Forgoing any sentiment of formality he out right asked,"What are you two doing out here?". 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 15/06/16 @ 19:49:37 by Raven (#60460) |

Olive shook her head. "No, you have done nothing." She replied continuing with the lead warrior. "Yes I know, but If you don't need be I have no need to ask to join." Olive said slowing down as well. "I know many moves from being a fighter, i'm very useful when fighting, unlike most dogs think. I'm sure you could teach me more moves too." Olive's ears raised as she head the leaders voice. She glanced at Acer and looked down at her paws remembering the nights before. She looked up as she heard Mirza. "Doing something you should be doing." She replied flattening her ears to her head. Hazel nodded and finished her meal. She licked her chops before standing up and shaking. "Thanks for eating with me." She said wagging her stumpy tail. "I need to go do a few things, see you around Lenna." Hazel said with a smile. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 15/06/16 @ 22:33:47 by JadeFeather (#27167) |

Carameli ~ Beta Female Carameli smiled when Haruki said he'd come along, and she gave him a quick lick on the cheek. "Thanks. The pack doesn't have many hunters right now." She told him, sighing softly. She hoped the issue of the shortage of hunters would be solved quickly, she couldn't hunt all the time, since Betas had other things to attend to as well. "We'll inform Acer that we're going on a hunt, and we'll take Lenna with us as well." She said, looking over to him to see that he was already waiting for her to lead the way. Suddenly, she got an idea, a mischievous smirk making it's way onto her features. "Race you back to camp!" She suddenly barked, nipping his shoulder playfully as she went past him, before racing off in the direction of camp. Carameli was a little childish at times, but she liked playing a few games here and there, since it reminded her of the happy times she had spent with the children of her human family. She was mad at the two parents for leaving her behind, but she knew it wasn't the children's fault, and she still liked them. She had even kept the name the children had given her in their honor. Lenna smiled when Hazel wagged her small stumpy tail. "No problem." she said, gazing warmly at the female dog. She finished up her robin, standing. She remembered the patrol and decided to go hunting. If she wasn't going to patrol, she was going to hunt. Walking out of the camp, she smelled the air for any signs of prey. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Haruki "Alright." Haruki barked, listening as Carameli spoke. He then gazed down at his paws, which softly patted the damp, mossy soil and pushing it around. It was unfortunate for the pack to have just so many dogs, but not enough to become hunters and feed the pack. In the past he'd decided to go talk about this situation with Acer, but didn't want to bother him since he was busy most of the time. He stood there for a while, and looked back at Carameli. "Hmm . . ." He let out a thoughtful, low-sounding noise. "Do you think we shoul-" He was cut off by watching a smirk form onto her face. Haruki tilted his head slightly and held up his paw, as if waiting for something to happen. It was only seconds after when Carameli had raced up ahead of him before nipping him quickly by his shoulder. Haruki made a small grin, then walked towards her direction. He already that she would win, like always . . . because he would always let her, on purpose. This time, it was still just for fun. He then picked up his pace, padding after her and following her footsteps which were printed above the mossy dirt floor. "No fair!" He yelled from behind, already seeing that she was far ahead of him. Haruki then started to run quickly after her with a small burst of speed. He managed to catch up to her after a full two minutes, but wasn't very close. His bright green eyes followed her as she ran with her quick speed and agility, and swinging her long, feathery tail as she arrived at the camping grounds. Haruki quickly skidded to a halt, pushing his dirty white paws against the soft, damp earth. He leaned over to one side and nearly tripped, having part of his back leg stuck on a tree root. Haruki quickly regained his balance, standing still on all four legs. He swayed his tail slowly and hoped that no one saw that. It would have been embarrassing for him to be so clumsy, as he is usually known as a very agile dog. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Grizel Grizel started back from the waterfall, trotting quietly through the forest. At one point she kicked up a deer, and almost jumped after it, but held herself back. She wouldn't be able to catch it, it wasn't worth expending the energy to try. That reminded her, though, that the pack was a bit short on hunters. Perhaps she would volunteer to go along on a trip, on a day when her hip allowed. She did like to remain somewhat active. She arrived back at the camp in time to watch the two betas race in, observing Haruki's trip as she trotted across the clearing. She smiled to herself, but didn't comment on that. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Mirza/ Warrior/ Location out side camp/ Mentions: Avisa, Olive He stared at the pitch black female, and gave the dog equivalent of a raised eyebrow. He started to grin, which eventually evolved into a full on laugh. He honestly couldn't take neither the situation nor Olive seriously. Completely ignoring Avisa, he sashayed his way towards the two females, looking Olive up and down with a small hum. "Oh dear Pup watcher, what would anything I have to do even remotely involve your vestigial possession." He stopped moving when his nose almost touched Olives, he cocked his head to the side and smirked. " Something I should be doing ,hmmm, let me see...," Pausing for dramatic effect the male just luxuriated in how much he knew this was going to irritate her. "Oh, Oh, I know, I know," he shouted like a puppy, even going as far as to hopping up and down. "I should be patrolling, but that still, doesn't explain why your here," he added with a viscous smile. He began to circle around the female, his hackles slightly bristling. "You see Pup Watcher," he spat her title out as if even just saying it left a bad taste in his mouth. " While you lot were all sitting around doing nothing, chasing your tails and whatnot, I was out doing basically what amounts to patrolling the border. You know, my job in a nutshell when Im not told to do anything else." He stopped circling her and positioned his self once again in front of her this time wisely out of striking distance. " So unless there has been a massive attack on us, which I Highly doubt, then all I, should be doing is going back to camp." He sat down and gave his ear a scratch," So ill ask again, and this time I Reeeaally don't want to hear what you have to say." Turning his head towards Avisa he simply asked," What are you doing out here?" 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 18/06/16 @ 22:49:19 by Raven (#60460) |

Acer Acer looked at the warrior which seemed to be insulting or most likely threatening Olive. "Look here you low life dog, I don't think you should be talking to the pup watcher that way. Why? Well, even if you say you're 'doing your job' it sure doesn't seem like it. It mostly seems like you're trying to sound all tough and cool while somebody tries to help" He says with his serious and scary voice to him. A dog like him shouldn't be talking to a female like that, even if he was the last male alive. "So you better shut up before your rank goes down hill and you'll be thanking her for doing this for all the warriors that's not patrolling the area" He then quickly gave Mirza a glare before turning back to Olive. "You shouldn't listen to people who gets mad at you for helping the pack" He says calmly to Olive. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Olive wanted to lunge at MIrza. But her expression hid that as she sat down. "When I was a fighter I could beat dogs twice your size asses." She snapped. She stood up and was still taller than he was, she growled. "Yes I know, I shouldn't listen to dogs that are smaller than I am." She said glancing at Mirza. "Since another warrior is here I should probably head back to camp." She said facing Acer. She bowed her head then turned and headed back to camp. 0 players like this post! Like? |

(LIttle quick side note, he is about 35 inches at the shoulder, so for even a pure breed Great Dane male at average height they would be about even to each other. And seeing as females tend to stay to the smaller side of the spectrum at the very best Olive would be eye level with him.) 0 players like this post! Like? |
