olive backed up. "Lets leave them to their job." She said to Sparrow and lead the pup back to the camp. "Are you hungry?" She asked grabbing a rabbit from the pile. (Short, btw, I don't mind if they are short, as long as you just RP) 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 19/06/16 @ 16:25:59 by JadeFeather (#27167) |

Sparrow lowered her wagging tail in disappointment. "Aww. Okay." The mutt followed Olive. She glanced at the rabbit that she was offered, which looked rather tempting. "Oh, yeah, sure! I'm starving!" She suddenly paused. "Wait... isn't the alpha supposed to eat first? Has he already eaten?" Her voice was slightly anxious. She was used to the traditional eating order of dogs. Elise [ Mentions : Lenore, Lenna ] Elise shifted herself between the bushes in a very small secluded area hidden with tall shrubs. It was one of the most used places when playing "Hide 'n' Seek" with the pups. She sat there uncomfortably, wondering how the pups dealt with the small, prickly thorns and sharp roots hanging around the shrubs. Suddenly, the conversation stopped. Elise couldn't see much, since there were vines and large, flat leaves covering her view. She bat at a nearby leaf in front of her, then accidentally having her dew claw entangled against the long strips of vines hanging above. Elise attempted to pull her paw away several times, though it was still stuck. After a few more seconds of pulling, she fell spread-eagle above the soft, wet floor. Ouch . . . She mumbled, then rising up to her paws. She raised her paw up slightly, studying it closely to see if there were any signs of bleeding. Though, there were none, fortunately. Elise shook herself, throwing rusty, brown and golden dead leaves onto the ground and dirt that was flying everywhere. She looked around. No one is here . . . Elise frowned. Where is everyone? Suddenly, she heard her name from somewhere not very far at all. It sounded slightly like Lenore, but there was another voice too, though she couldn't remember who it was. Lenna, maybe. Elise followed the direction of where the sound was coming from and found out that it was from Lenore and Lenna. She walked forward, in front of them as they were speaking. She backed up a little, as if worrying that she had interrupted their conversation. Though, nothing much happened. "Oh." She spoke quietly with a little bit of nervousness. "Did someone call me? I think I heard someone say my name, but if not, then I'll go back to doing . . ." She paused for a moment to think of something good to say. ". . . some work." She finished, pawing the soil softly as she looked at Lenore and Lenna. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 19/06/16 @ 17:06:43 by Chicken (#89661) |

Olive nodded. "Im dropping this one off at his den. And besides, pups can eat whenever they want." She said dropping one off at his den before heading back to the pup watchers den. She sat down and began to feel very sick. She was confused, and suddenly ran out of the den and behind it. She threw up and was now very confused. She walked back into the den and laid down. "Sorry." She said to sparrow. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Sparrow had her doggy-brows scrunched up in concern for the pup watcher. "You feeling alright...?" The german shepherd-siberian husky mix had lost her appetite at the strong scent of vomit on the other dog, and suddenly the plump rabbit didn't seem so tantalizing anymore. "You should go see the shaman or something..." Sparrow's voice sounded anxious once again as she began to wonder if some sickness was starting to spread. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Lenore Lenore looked over at Elise as the smaller dog approached, wagging her tail a little in greeting. "I'm pulling together a hunting party. It looks like it may just be us hunters, but there's no problem with that." She glanced back toward where Olive and Sparrow had gone. She would have liked to have the pup tag along, even if her presence would have made success less likely. They could use another hunter or two, and since they only had the one pup at the moment... "I want to try and get something big. A deer would be nice. I've seen some feral pigs in the forest, too, but those can get dangerous, especially with a small hunting party. You two up for a long hunt?" 0 players like this post! Like? |

Olive sighed. "Sorry for making you lose your appetite... this hasn't ever happened. I will hurry and go see Hazel. Would you like to come with? I don't want to leave you here alone." She said standing up. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Elise Elise made a neutral expression after she heard the words "long hunt". She had already spent nearly her whole morning hunting for the pack, since there were just so many dogs, and only three hunters that would have to feed the whole pack. She stood there silently for a minute, staring at a fallen branch on the ground. Suddenly, she looked up at Lenore, who waited for her and Lenna's response. "Oh, sure. Sure, hopefully we'll catch something that could feed at least half of the pack, since our food is running low." She replied, then forcing a small smile upon her face. "Let's go." 0 players like this post! Like? |

"Uh, yeah, sure!" Sparrow hadn't seen much of the camp yet, so seeing where the shaman usually was was a good idea. Plus, she wanted to make sure that the pup watcher was okay. She had only just met her, but she couldn't help but feel worried about her. She stood up, too, her stomach releasing a rumble that sounded more like a whiney growl. Hopefully she'd be in the mood for the rabbit soon; she hadn't eaten all day. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Olive nodded and made her way to the Shamans den. "Hazel?" She said, peaking her head in to make sure she was there. Once she saw her she told her what had happened. Hazel smiled. "Oh, yes come lay down." She said making a bed of grass for the large dog. Olive laid down. "Have you threw up this week before now?" She asked. Olive nodded. "Yes, I ate something and I vomited because maybe it was because of what I ate." Olive spoke. Hazel nodded and softly prodded her stomach. "Have you been eating more than usual?" Hazel asked, Olive nodded once again. She smiled. "I think I know whats up, but i'm not so sure right now. If you keep throwing up come see me." She said standing up. Olive nodded. "Thank you Hazel, by the way, this is Sparrow. The new pup of the pack." 0 players like this post! Like? |

Lenna followed the dogs as they started the hunt. Her mind wandered to the pup who had recently joined the pack. With the right training, Sparrow could make a wonderful hunter or warrior. Snapping back to reality, Lenna caught up to Elise and Lenore. "Pigs can be viscous. Maybe the deer idea would be best." 0 players like this post! Like? |

Lenore Lenore watched Elise, ears turning back just a bit as she caught the other's reluctance. She nodded at the agreement, though, and didn't comment further. "We'll take it easy to begin with, until we catch a trail. If we bring something down, we won't have to hunt tomorrow, so give me your all out here and we'll have tomorrow off." She set off at a trot through the forest, her tail high at the prospect of the hunt. Looking over at Lenna at the suggestion, she nodded. "Deer would probably be best. Once we come across some, we'll back off and set our positions. Lenna, you'll loop around, waiting to the side ahead. Hopefully, there will be a stream or embarkment you can have behind you that we can chase the deer into. Elise, you'll stay with me. I'll kick the deer up, toward Lenna, and keep them running. Elise, use your size to separate one out, and keep it on track. Lenna and I will then come in and pincer it." 0 players like this post! Like? |

Lenna listened silently as Lenore spoke. It was a good hunting plan and her paws itched to get started. She followed the two dogs, her eyes and ears taking in their surroundings. Lenna had always been a very observant dog and that came to good use when hunting. (Sorry its so short) 0 players like this post! Like? |

"Heyo!" Sparrow greeted Hazel cheerfully. She glanced at Olive's stomach. "I think I know what's up, too," she said matter-of-factly. 0 players like this post! Like? |
