This whole cave update is really new to everyone and really cool! I personally love it, except for one thing - We should be able to see other people's unsorted lions. If they haven't logged on since the new update or don't want to put their lions in a cave, we can't see the lions, so I suggest we be able to see other's unsorted lions through the clickable link that you see on your own den. On one hand, I like the new caves because they're good for organization, and organization is good. On the other hand, I used to give away food to people by glancing over their warning and lion list unimpeded, and now I can't do that. This would be the best compromise. So yes, I need this. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I agree with Lalasa, I didn't realise you couldn't see other's unsorted lions, so that opens up a lot of ways to potentially scam i.e. free dwarf raffle for non-dwarf owners and the user simply unsorts a few lions with dwarfism for the chance at another. Also, I want to see my friend's lions and be nosey, even if they don't plan on using the cave system, and it's just easier for dealing with breeding partners and things. 0 players like this post! It is pretty ridiculous that we can't see others' unsorted lions :( Since it is another, separate page, it shouldn't affect servers that much? 0 players like this post! Like? |

I really like that since the new update you're not bombarded with people's massive prides of hundreds of lions as soon as you click their den, but I agree that not being able to see their unsorted lions *at all* seems like a problem in the making. I can understand that it was intentionally coded like this, and that it saves server load etc. Plus I can sort of see the logic of people wanting to be able to 'hide' certain lions from public view. But honestly, overall, I think it has more potential for scamming than for legitimate purposes. As has been mentioned, there have always been a lot of raffles/giveaways/etc on the basis of entry requiring someone not to already own a leopon, or a dwarf, or a mutie or whatever. This makes it impossible to check that, and very easy for people to be dishonest. In my opinion this suggestion enabling us to see other players' unsorted lions - on a separate page to the main den itself - would be the best of both worlds, helping load times but not leaving the door open for scammers and opportunists. 0 players like this post! Looking at this, it looks like I was wrong. Now I need to find a way to get my lions unsorted. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 22/07/16 @ 16:41:21 by Blue Pigeon π¦ (#68580) |

But if someone hasn't logged in since the update, we can't see their lions :/ 0 players like this post! Like? |

Well, that's just the caves system. If they are keeping it, they are not going to waste coding on showing the lions of people who are not on. 0 players like this post! Like? |

@annabeth: I I actually have a suspicion that that might be one of the plus points, from staff POV. It means that all banned accounts, longtime inactive accounts, etc, will have their lions effectively invisible. Which, actually, seems like a fairly good idea. Since after all, if someone is never going to be active again, there isn't a lot of point being able to see their lions. I don't mind that part, so much. But the ability - when someone *does* log in or come back from a hiatus or whatever - to somehow make ACTIVE accounts (or even 'semi-active' e.g. within the last month) have unsorted lions that are visible by everyone else would be great. I have no idea if it would be possible or practical to make a distinction between active and inactive accounts in that way, but if so it could be a good solution. /sorry for rambling on/ 0 players like this post! It's completely idiotic that from now on, any account that did not log in since today will effectively have their lions rendered invisible to others, when the point of the game is to collect and show off lions. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Yeah @Shetani. I remember one user who did a 'glam' project where they spent ages collecting decor and making their lions all fancied up. That was on their side and they permanently froze it. Now no one will be able to see their project D: And some people might not want to use caves, but then their lions would just be invisible until (or if) they finally did. 0 players like this post!
