I was thinking that since your lion can see a 'bowingbird', tourists. and poachers during explore, maybe add in another human themed event or two.

Perhaps, being tranquilized by a researcher and collared could be added to the lion(esses) when hunting or on patrol (no items/prey brought back by that lion since they were sleeping). Sort of a random event that places a tracking collar (the player cannot remove it) on the sub male or lioness for 3 months or so. (A rare random event)

Or, maybe a rare explore event where your king can come across a carcass that was killed by a poacher. Unusual kills like whole rhino carcasses or whole elephant carcasses where there is a 50/50 chance of getting the carcass or just the skull.

Also a random explore event where your king comes across some humans having lunch. Your options would be 'Roar at them' or 'attack' Roar at them makes them run away, then your king eats the food they dropped. Attack wins you 1-3 human legs.
