Made a trade with a new member and when we made a little talk and they gave me an idea when they said that they didn't get any welcomes so it was a nice surprise for them when i did. Why not a few mods or helpers/or even regular members get to welcome new members of Lioden.Something like a Welcome Group! A message example: "Hi,welcome to Lioden.Hope you have a good time and if you have any questions or get confused with something,please contact the Helper Hug and/or visit our FAQ for more information!Have a good day!" I would love for the new members to see what a kind and a helpful community Lioden is!Everyone wants to be welcomed after all.It's a warm and good gesture of kindness showing the others that you care about them and to make them feel special because they really are!<3 |

being a constant gifter, i try to look for new members to gift, so when i gift them little things i say welcome to lioden and tell them they can come to me with any questions, so i completely love this idea ^^ 0 players like this post! Like? |

I actually find that this game benefits from not having a tutorial shoehorned in, and with the number of newbie help/give away threads available and always growing, I think this is a generous but ultimately unnecessary idea. Also I would go so far as to say that the lack of tutorial motivates new players to interact with the community out of necessity, be it via the chat, threads, TC, etc. And that usually gets them started well enough. 0 players like this post!
