Beetles spend 1/3 of its life as a useless larva. It seems a bit much. 20 days is not much time to develop it as a fighter or breeder, especially if you are not able to be on every 15 minutes to fight. Plus the 10 day cooldown on breeding. Let's face it, a lot of us are lucky to get on a couple times a day. I feel 10 days is too much as a larva and the lifespan is too short. I'd be happy to see the larva stage shortened, lifespan lengthened, or both. Not sure by how much. I'm not taking into consideration any "realism" since that seems silly when you consider other areas of the game. XD I'm looking more to enhance gameplay. |

Honestly, I'm happy with the beetles as they are currently. Admittedly if they could shorten the 10 day breeding cooldown it would make it easier for us, but even I only manage to get on once or twice a day, and those times I am on, I mostly forget there's only a 15 minute cooldown for battling (thus on weekends when I'm able to spend more time online, I only battle my beetles about every 3-4 hours lol, only like once each time I'm on), yet I still manage to have them gain a decent amount of stats. No support for this, but I would definitely support a SLIGHT reduction of the breeding cooldown (ie something like 7 days, rather than 10) 0 players like this post! Like? |

i'd say 7 days would be good for larva or implementation of some kind of "larva training", getting em to wiggle over obstacles, giving em hard food to eat to strengthen those lil mouths, teeny tiny weights to lift. Shortening the breeding cooldown and combining it with less larva output would be really great. Those of us who are only casual bug collectors tend to have the 6 slots which would quickly fill up through 1 breeding. If the larva output was smaller and the breed time shortened (maybe to allow 2 breedings in its life instead of 1?) it might be better? 0 players like this post! Like? |

Actually, implementing a 'larva training' thing would help those who don't battle. I'd support that, something similar to the beetle training, and again once a day. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Yes for me, this is an old thread but I breed piebald ceras, the breeding cooldown is super high and for someone who's been breeding and training them every day, I can agree that the cooldown is way too high. A shorter time as larvae would be amazing aswell, I'm not trying to be picky but it'd definitely help with the business. 1 player likes this post! Like? |
