Tried to design a water dragon/creature/thing from a side project I'm working on. What do you guys think?

The only suggestion I'd make would be to extend the webbing on the forelegs back to the spines near it's torso. I really like it though. (The small spines just seem out of place, but it does need something there.)

A nice suggestion and it would probably look nice, but due to the lore behind it, I can't do that. The forelegs are supposed to look arm-like, because they are part human, more or less. But still, thanks!

That's one awesome water dragon/creature, Flame Hunter! I love that it looks somewhat fish like, rather than completely reptilian like most water/marine dragons I see. Looks very interesting ^^

Working on redesigning a character I haven't drawn in a long while. My phoenix OC, Kenan.
Why must birds be so hard to draw... If anyone knows how, tips on drawing them would be much appreciated ^^

But I'll note a couple of things

- The eye should be lower. It's located more or less in front of the center of the beak, similar to a turtle.

- The legs and feet could be longer, as well as the talons if you're going for a raptor-ish look.

- The neck could be a tad bit longer.

However, I believe that you got the body really well! Although now that I check again, the wings could be kinda smaller.

On another note, thank you guys on the feedback! I couldn't answer earlier because yesterday I spent the whole day working on a project that I finally finished! It's an animatic from a song I really like.

Video (It contains some violence).

The final version has a couple of mistakes (vanishing injuries, not constant shading and backgrounds, etc) but still I'm really proud of it. I don't think I'm doing something like this again even if I love the result :'D
