------- Topic Update
Have tick box options of what fertility level and % users accept in stud requests.
This is so it is easier for users to find VLF friendly studs with the base/marking whatever they wish for.

Pros:
Easier access to VLF friendly studs.
Less advertising for VLF friendly studs on forums and sales chat and makes forms and sales chat possibly a bit tidier.
No accidental stud requests to users whom don't accept VLF's and don't say so in their rules.

Cons:
Extra editing to the website.
Might make the search site slower?

IF Mutations were to be added to the Lion Search there would have to be a disclaimer so not to confuse users since mutations can not be passed form male lions.
Pros: Easier for entertainment purposes. (Just for fun fx. breeding 2 lions with the same mutation)
Cons: Would be a lot of extra work and have to add
-------------------- Previous Text Abut The Previous Topic Of Adding Stud Search --------------------
This is just an Idea but like the raffles, trades, your trades, etc. It think there should be a search bar for studs. It would make it way easier to find the right studs for the right price.
Also add a tick box to studs to say if they are VLF friendly.

Add price range, add base, add wanted marking/s , mane, VLF friendly or not, mutation, eyes etc. Get my vibe?

This would be really helpful, I do understand that this may be a lot of work and may slow down the site.

This already exists in the Search feature in explore. Set a maximum price and any criteria you require and you will get a list of recently active studs. The only thing missing would be the VLF friendly portion and mutations [as they do not pass from male to offspring].

Adding the VLF friendly portion would make it easier for users who are looking for VLF friendly studs. I agree with adding mutations to the search feature.

Like Pikachu said, the feature already basically exists, in the Search section, when you set a max studding fee.

The only thing really missing is the VLF Friendly part, since that isn't an official part of the game, it's just a studding rule that some people have.
That in itself could be a cool addition, though, if you could officially select which fertility levels you're willing to stud.

But, yeah, it doesn't really make sense to put this into the TC when it already exists in search.

I agree with adding mutations to the search feature.

This might further the misconception that mutations have a chance to pass from sires. A lot of users use it as a selling feature, and if newer players see it as an option on a stud search, they may come to the conclusion that it has an impact in breeding.

For lioness and lion searches, it can be used for breeding purposes [as females can consume lion scrotum], purchasing purposes, or simply quantity. Perhaps a disclaimer would have to be added to the stud search if mutations were added to the stud search.

Some mutations like overgrown fur have a chance to be passed on. If a lion that has an overgrown fur breeds with a lioness, the cub(s) have chance of inheriting the mutation. However if a lion with overgrown fur breeds with a lioness with overgrown fur, the cub(s) have higher chance of being born with the overgrown fur. It is still not a guarantee.

I changed the topic a bit. Now it's just for adding Fertility tick boxes to studs so you can search the stud % said lions accept.
I know the mutations don't pass on or have VERY low chances on passing on but maybe some people would like to breed with mutated studs just to have a pretty or different history for the cubs fx. both parents with a folded ear mutation just for the fun of it.

How do you change the topic name? I don't mean to sound rude or anything, but i don't know how to do that. Like i said Overgrown fur has a chance of being pass on.

The only two mutations in the game that can be passed on are overgrown fur and leopon.
Lions can't have og fur, it's a female only mutation. Male Leopons are sterile, so they can't pass the hybrid mutation on.
There are no kings that can pass their mutations, mostly due to the fact that they can breed significantly more than females can (as many times per day as they have the energy for it) and it would make it all too easy to get a mutation, plus encourage people to do reverse-studding to a king whose slots had run out, for the chance of a mutie.

While people might want to breed for the "different history" like Benji mentioned, this would most likely instead end up as a selling point for studs, were it added.

I don't think there's a point in adding the option to search for a mutated stud, but were it added, there would need to be a large and visible disclaimer to prevent misinformation, and in the end it just seems to me like more work than it's worth.
