In Oasis if you click on "Customise Your Lion" it does not give you the options to see an existing lion you have, but it does show you marks you can purchase without special and bred only marks. In "The Lion Wardrobe" you can see your lion(ess) with it's existing special/bred marks and manes. You can also see ALL marks and manes even if you can't add them without breeding them. I would like to be able to see an existing lion I have and see what marks I can purchase to put on him. In order to do that right now I have to go to Wardrobe, select the character; as well as have the "Customise Your Lion" open to see if the marking is special or bred only. I would like to see a setting in "The Lion Wardrobe" to turn off special marks you can add, while keeping the existing marks on your lion. Another option would be to have a "Customize Your Exisiting Lion(ess)" option in Oasis. That way you can filter out markings and manes you can't add. *On top of this, if there were a way to make it so that markings that can only go in specific spots (like the feline markings) ONLY show up in the slot they're able to be applied to. -Suggestion from Another Board *That said, I think the problem is when the system starts charging you. It charges by the marking, so if you have a bunch of markings on your lion/ess already, then it might confuse the system. Perhaps that is why it hasn't been implemented. - To counteract this we could make it so if you are working on an existing lion then you can't remove existing marks and they will be grayed out with no charge on them. |

This suggestion is somewhat similar to yours, from what I understand. ![]() |

Agreed, the link to the Customizer shouldn't say "Customize your lion" if you can't even import it to the builder there. I may not purchase anything but, I can see the irritation there. I think it's a fair statement to ask to add an import function as in the Wardrobe to customize a lion you already have. That said, I think the problem is when the system starts charging you. It charges by the marking, so if you have a bunch of markings on your lion/ess already, then it might confuse the system. Perhaps that is why it hasn't been implemented. ![]() Edited on 24/09/16 @ 08:25:22 by LaughingWolf (#90224) |

@LaughingWolf Customizing your lion in oasis doens't really customize from what it is already there, it "overwrites" it, so to speak. If you want to keep a marking or any other feature, you must use marking applicators and other items to achieve the look you want, so I really don't get it. ![]() |

@Berenos the post is similar. However I have suggesting an added feature as well. I would be happy if either were implimented though. ![]() |

It's the coding aspect that might be the problem, not the UI (User Interface). While I support the idea, I don't think it'll be practical, code-wise.. ![]() Edited on 24/09/16 @ 21:09:15 by LaughingWolf (#90224) |
