A recent news poll about an item that induces rollover had me thinking of other items that would give players a little too much liberty.... more specifically, it had me thinking about a balanced way to let users theoretically gain these items, without making too much of a splash.

Perhaps once a week (or month, or year...) there is a raffle for a single user to gain a single use of an oasis item or more rarely, an otherwise game breaking item if it were available on a larger scale. These items would range from age-altering potions, insta-rollovers, slot-changers, out-of-season fest items, and universal marking applicators - very powerful things, but you'd have to be very lucky to get your mitts on it. still, some things are just too good for this sinful earth, too pure, and what items we add should be carefully considered.

if at all possible, itd be great if these were impossible to sell/trade to keep the economy (and jealous users!) in check, but in the same breath, someone may win this item and never end up using it...
