I searched for you. There are no clans breeding and selling leopons. There are some forum post of users that are selling a leopon.

Vendetta, get in touch with L.O.U. members about buying cubs, there's usually a couple born in our clan per month that are put up for sale.

Cubs typically sell for between 500-600gb, so be prepared for that if you're shopping for one. :)

You can still access the members page right? It at least gives you a list of people's dens to watch, if you can.

Edit: Joining the clan should be irrelevant. I posted merely so you can more easily get in contact with leopon owners who may have cubs to sell in the near future.
