While bored one night I got to thinking. What would Mottled Rosette look like if it was colored in like leopard spots were? Well I did some messing around and this was the result. I figured I'd suggest it to see what everyone else thought of it. Mockup 1: Classic Pardus Mockup 2: Strawberry Pardus Additional Ideas: - Blue Pigeon: "Maybe they could be spawned randomly on a cub with a M rosette parent, somewhat like a (irl) marking mutation? It would be breed able normally from then, but it would mean that it remained a product from leopon genes." |

I very much like these. Maybe they could be spawned randomly on a cub with a M rosette parent, somewhat like a (irl) marking mutation? It would be breed able normally from then, but it would mean that it remained a product from leopon genes. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I like that idea Blue! I wasn't sure how they'd be put in but having it be tied to Mottled is a good one! 0 players like this post! Like? |

I really like the idea, but it might have to be a separate marking for the in-filled bit. We don't have any other two-toned markings, but we do have ones that go together (like panther and lace, rosette and inverted rosette, brindle and inverted brindle) so maybe that would fit the game better? ^^ 0 players like this post! Hm, I'm not really keen on separating them, we do have markings like ginger, prune, fiery, blazing, etc that have two tones to them but they're more a gradient deal I guess XD. I didn't think it'd be a huge problem because it'd only come on these two variations of color. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I do love your idea as it is, I was just thinking of different ways it could work. The gradient markings are all already bases, but we don't really have any solidly separated two-toned markings/bases, so it would be something a bit new if it's (hopefully) added :) 0 players like this post! Like? |
