I have a couple suggestions. Please comment to let me know how you feel about them!

1) Make lion footnote emotes available in chat/forums, and vice versa.
honestly, this is just a simple way to expand the emote list. But it would be nice- a consistent set of emotes throughout.

2) Make emotes count as 1 character, or maybe 2- that is approximately the size they turn out to be, so this would not effect a footnote or chat message in length. I don't know if this would be possible coding wise, but if so I think it would make a nice change.

(tbh i just want to be able to use emotes to symbolize things in my lion's footnotes but I do not have enough variety of emotes or character space available there to do so)
