This is a reboot of my old art game, found here. The inspiration for my original adoptables came from Arzelo's Canine Castaway.

About Savannah Hounds

Savannah Hounds, or Crocuta canes are a subspecies of hyena. They are known for their doglike appearance, which is what sparked the name "hound." Savannah hounds are commonly muscular, with short tails and wiry fur, though deviations from this form have been recorded. A curious thing about this species is its tendency to differ; their markings and fur colors are both strange and not usually occuring in nature, and no two hounds are the same.
They don't seem to be aggressive at all to humans, simply exhibiting a curiosity not usually found in wild animals. It has been discovered that hounds show extremely territorial behavior to others of their species that don't belong to their group. However, they will mate outside of their pack.

How to Obtain a Savannah Hound

Buy a Hound: I update the shop with random hounds to introduce new colors and styles; check back in often.

Breed a Hound: Keeping with the old feel of the game, even if some things have been changed, the primary way of obtaining a hound is to breed one.
Each breeding will pop out one or two babs (more commonly one), which you may or may not purchase for 500 sb - 1 GB each, depending on mutations and how pretty they are.
If you don't purchase your bred Hound or respond within a week, it will be added to the shop, sometimes for a higher price or even as an auction.
-Requesting a breeding is free.
-The Hounds don't have to be yours.
-You may only make 2 breeding requests at a time.

Create a Hound: A custom hound is 2 GB. You can choose most things about it along with marking designs. Please keep in mind that if your hound is bred, the marking may pass on to its pups.

Transfer a Hound: For 1 GB, Hounds from the old thread can be transferred to the updated lineart and included in this version. Please note that you can only transfer YOUR OWN Hounds. Does not apply to any mutated (winged) Hounds for the time being.

Rules

There aren't a lot of rules but there's a few things that I feel I should establish:
1-You may use the Hounds as characters, whether in roleplays or as ocs, it doesn't matter. I'd prefer that you give credit, wither by linking here or to my DA.
2-I may change the prices. If you ordered a hound and then I changed the price, your price is still what it was when you ordered.
3-There's really no way to escape inbreeding. While keeping to a slightly realistic theme, inbreeding may have some... undesirable consequences ... after a few generations.
4- All hounds are available to be bred, unless one of those aforementioned consequences interferes.
5-Be patient after making your order. I should be able to get it done within a day or two, but I do have things to do outside of Lioden that might interfere.
6-Please please please don't post in the Den thread. Just don't.
7-I'm not going to ask you to pay upfront, but if you owe beetles, please pay. Don't be that person.
8-Selling/trading are fine, just please notify me so I can update ownership.
9-I may change the prices. There will always be warnings before I change them, usually a day or two before.
10-Any rule changes are immediately binding.
11-Old hounds can't be bred until they are transferred over. See "Transfer a Hound" section.

Hound Shop

Every once in a while, an abandoned hound turns up, having been driven from his or her territory.
Special hounds can be bought here.

1 GB = 1200 SB
All auctions end 48 hours after the last bid or when they are autobought. Minimum bid increase of 50 sb.
If payment isn't recieved within a week after the auction closes I will put the auction back up.
