Rules
-All site rules apply: Very simple, just follow site rules.

-Literacy level: Semi-lit, please. Meaning use proper grammar and spelling. Also, around 4-5 sentences per character per post.
-God modding/Power playing: This is not allowed here under any circumstance. If the cat isn't one you roleplay, do not say anything they do. This includes during battles/training/hunting parties/anything. As well as just simple conversation.
-Headings: Please add a heading for characters you post for. Just their name and clan is perfectly fine. If you'd like you can create your own, or use the one that at the top of the form. Either is fine.
-Killing others: Ask before killing a cat. If the person says no, don't do it.
-Crushes/Mates/Births: Can't be your own crush/mate. When mating and birthing please use a fades to black. If you go beyond what is allowed on site, you'll be asked to leave the roleplay with a post made in the Mod Box.
-Limits: I don't care how many cats you have, as long as they all stay active. If they are not active, they will lose their rank.
-Lastly: Have fun! Please do, that's what I'm making this for!

JadeClan


Description:
Cats of JadeClan are loyal to their clan, but more so to their individual families in the clan(Mate, kits, and siblings, not as protective of siblings’, mates, and, kits). If a family member and a clan member they were not as closely related to were in danger, the normal JadeClan cat would rather save the family member. Though despite this, all are loyal to their leader, fiercely loyal. These cats are wonderful in battle, their large muscles make high leaps and hard hits easy for them. Their hind legs are also quite large. JadeClan cats are also very prideful, always wanting to make their clan seem the strongest and the best.
Home:
JadeClan call a large forest home. They have a large portion of this forest as their territory. In this part of the forest, the trees and undergrowth are thick, making it hard for sunlight to reach the forest floor.
Let's take a tour of the land, shall we?
As you enter the west side of JadeClan’s land you notice the trees are kind of thin. Here is the border with WhisperClan, plain dwelling cats. As you walk further in, the trees and undergrowth get thicker, until sunlight is hardly reaching the ground. You are now in the heart of JadeClan land; I’d watch out if I was you, they can be very territorial cats. What’s that? You hear flowing water? You are correct, there is a stream diving the land. Right around the stream trees are thinner, letting sunlight reach the water and warm the rocks around here. Here you will often find cats sunbathing. Now as you cross the water-Oh don’t be so skittish, the water isn't that deep. As I was saying, as you cross the stream you are closer to the clan’s camp. JadeClan’s camp is set snugly in a medium sized dip in the ground. Surrounding this dip are tall trees. Their branches keep most of the bad weather, such as rain and snow out of the camp. In the ring of trees surrounding the camp, there are many brambles fixed into a wall to help keep attackers out. Now into the camp. Just ignore the odd stares, and speak to no-cat. I see you kneading your paws into the ground. Grass is soft, isn't it? Now, as you look around you see a large stump with a rock leaning onto its side. That stump is where the leader handles all clan meetings. Under the rock, the leader makes his nest. Now you see that small bush at the far edge? That’s the nursery. It's really snug in there. Now to the right of the entrance, you have a large bush, where the warriors make their home. To the left, you have the apprentices. Now in the middle of the right wall, in the circle of trees, you see an old oak. The trunk of this tree has been hollowed out with time. It’s here the medicine cat treats all the ill cats. Now last but not least the elders’ den. Their den is a hallowed out log that rests beside the nursery. As you leave the camp and continue walking east, you reach the end of JadeClan's land. Though no other clan is on this side, most cats don't go past this point.
Prey:
JadeClan cats eat mainly voles, mice, small birds, and squirrels.



WhisperClan



Description:
Cats of WhisperClan are a little different than JadeClan in loyalties. Most cats in this clan value all clan members the same as family members. These cats are also fiercely loyal to their leader, looking up to everything the cat does for the clan. WhisperClan are not as prideful as JadeClan but are very sneaky. They don't give up to much about their clan, even at the gathering. They give the minimum and leave it at that. These cats are also very lithe and nimble, they have to be to hunt on the open plains they call home.
Home:
WhisperClan call a large plain home. There are few trees in their border with JadeClan, but it's mainly wide open space.
Let's take a tour, shall we?
Again we will enter the east side of the clan's land. Here is where their land goes on out to the east, but hardly any cat goes there. As you can see there isn't much except wide open space. This is what the cats of WhisperClan want. The wide openness that makes them feel close to StarClan. Keep going into the land. See all the hills clustered really close together near the middle? In the center of all those hills, the clan makes their camp. There are a few bushes placed around it, that cats who need to can get out of the elements when needed. Though the medicine den in one of the hills. The small cave like opening seemed to be an old badger den or fox den, but the clan turned it into the medicine den when they moved there. Now come to the top of this small hill here. See how you can see the whole camp? This is the leader's hill. The leader stands here to address the clan when needed. Now, let's leave. WhisperClan aren't too fond of outsiders. As you leave take a look from the top of the outside hills. This is where the clan guards stand at night and some throughout the day. You can see for miles in all directions. Now let's keep going east. Nothing but open land really, until you get close to the border with JadeClan. Here are a few trees, these trees also belong to WhisperClan, though few cats go here.
Prey:
They eat mainly rabbits and hares. Sometimes they may also eat the squirrels and birds that venture into their thin part of the forests.

Backstory/Plot


For as many moons as any cat can remember, there has never been a true peace between WhisperClan and JadeClan. No there are never constant wars, but never true peace. But now... There is something out there. Something attacking the clans. The force seems to be just beyond the boards of the two clans. Attacking any cat that strays too close. No cat has lived to tell what it is.
And now with that unknown force threatening the clans, JadeClan has to deal with a dying leader. The elders in the clan now, are the cats to have been born into the clan shortly after Fallenstar, the wise elderly leader of JadeClan, became the leader. But now, he is on his last life and is very old. Suspecting he will be joining StarClan very soon, the old leader has entrusted his clan to his faithful deputy, Stormheart. But with the threat of the beasts attacking the clans, and becoming the new leader of the clan, can Stormheart rise to be the leader his clan needs him to be? Will you help this young cat or try to harm him? The choice is yours.
WhisperClan is also dealing with something more than just the beast hunting the clans. WisperClan is still getting over the betrayal of a leader. This was something of a Tigerstar. After quickly working his was up to clan Deputy, he planned to have the leader killed. He worked with outside forces, mainly badgers, and got them to raid the clan, the main focus being the leader. The plan worked the current leader was killed, and the new deputy took over as the leader. Once there the leader started filling his clan with lies of JadeClan. He hoped to make them hate the clan enough to attack. This almost worked, but the leader was tired of holding his genius in. He told his mate, thinking he could trust her. She wasted no time in exposing him to the clan. Once she did, the clan killed him. Now the current leader has only been in the position for around 3 seasons, and the clan is still dealing with trust issues.

Fallenstar had always been a silent cat. While her years have made her wiser, she often keeps to herself. She has many friends in her clan, and enoys being leader. She understand what punishment is needed when, and doles it out accordenly. She is a very firm cat. In her old age, Fallenstar has slowed down considerably. Stormheart is a very outspoken tom. He is very much the opposite to Fallenstar. Being very headstrong, he likes to leap into battle claws first and ask questions later. Sagepaw is a very sweet and innocent girl. It was clear from her kithood that she would never be a warrior. She cares too much for life. When faced with conflict, Sagepaw would rather sit and talk thing out in a calm manner. She's a fast learner. Sagepaw is nowhere near a solitary cat. She is a social butterfly. Hawkrain isn't a cat that usually shows emotion. He gets his duties done and then settles in by himself or with the cat he considers his daughter. Sagepaw is the only cat Hawkrain has every showed affection towards, and no one is sure why the tom-cat took such a liking to the kit.
