Sunstripe|Tom|Warrior|Jadeclan "Oh,mhm." He nodded twice and padded back to the corpse before sitting next to it. He bent down and looked at it closely,curious about its patterns as usual. He sighed and scowled. He looked around at all the cats circling the corpse and took a step back,giving them room with their lost leader. Mottlefire | She-cat | Deputy | Jadeclan The she-cat followed Stormstar as he walked towards Fallenstar, saying his goodbye to their leader. Her heart ached all of a sudden, the sight touching her in a way that she didn't now possible. Mottlefire touched her tail against the tom's shoulder in a comforting gesture. Most were happy when the leader passed, since their reign would begin, but he was genuinely upset and sad. The gesture touched her, and caused tears to prick at her eyes, but she blinked them away quickly. Mottlefire noticed Bramblefur pad away from them, his tail dropping and his paws dragging against the ground. She knew very well that he felt as though he was alone, perhaps she should try and comfort him? Maybe after burying Fallenstar. A smile flickered over her face when she remembered how much Fallenstar loved the rocks and nodded, "I think that's perfect." she agreed, "I can do it myself, you should talk to Sunstripe..." she added, glancing towards the tom who stood awkwardly to the side looking as though he didn't know what to do. 0 players like this post! It would be very noble of him and it would definitely give him some brownie points with the other clan members. "Your help would be greatly appreciated." she agreed. Although she knew that she could do it on her own, she respected Stormstar's wish to help her, as he had been her deputy for many moons. She did not know for sure, but she believed being someone's deputy gave you a closer relationship since you had to deal with things together and trust each other. Hearing Sunstripe's words of acceptance, she murmured softly to the cats that vigil was over and it was time to bury Fallenstar. "Yes, let's get going. The sooner we do it, the sooner things can go back to normal." she murmured through gritted teeth, shifting herself so that Fallenstar lay more comfortably on her back. With the support of the two toms next to her she would be able to carry her to the rocks by the stream.
