Title is a bit confusing, so I'll explain. What's the point of having a "uses" count on items that can't be used? Unless they have some hidden meaning for later, there isn't one. This doesn't impact gameplay in any way, but it's just such a tick for me when I look at my stack of fossils that has 30 uses. Why have 10 uses per fossil if you can only craft with them once? Same thing goes for dead beetles; which have one use but can't be used for anything. So here's my idea:

*Craft items have 1 use each
*Items with no use (I.E the dropdown is empty always) don't have "uses" listed at all. Maybe just hide the uses from the view of the player? That way the functionality is still there, if any, you just can't see it.

This doesn't really change much, just a small visual detail.

This suggestion has 21 supports and 2 NO supports.

Some things have changed useability. When I first joined herbs had uses, but no function, then nesting came in and the uses from the herbs became uses for nesting. I am kind of hoping that crafting items with uses but no function are given a function for its uses soon
I am supporting because ultimately if this gets rejected it means those items will have function for uses in the future! wow writing it and reading it back has tied my brain in loops.
