Here is my idea:

You can randomly get this when LD gets REALLY snowy. It's called frostbitten, and would look (something) like this:


Essentially, your lion has gotten frostbite. But! You can't spread it, so your lions are in no harm ouo

It works kind of like rabies, except you can't spread it, but, however, while you have it, your energy goes away faster during exploring. Also, if you explore a lot with it, it could get worse, to the point that you would be unable to gain energy (or something along those lines) until you healed yourself with something like a Rabbit Pelt or something warm.

If you like this look, you can equip it to your lion, but if you don't, of course, just hoard it or sell it.

Also, this, from Astra The Christmas Moon👭 (#32998) : What if you could get different degrees? As in different shades depending on the severity.
