I have seen may threads that usually have two people monitoring it, my suggestion is thread co-owner/co-author. Basically two people and make changes to a thread. This would be easier for people who are on the art thread, the roleplay thread or even if they got a guide or something up for other players. There could be a second person to fix any mistakes the first person made without having to send pm after pm to try and fix all the problems.

Due to a question from the comments "Is there a way to view previous versions of an edited post?" in case the thread was changed to something inappropriate. I would have to add that there be a feature that an edit by one person should an edit be unacceptable then there should be a thing that you click that allows you to go back to the previous version of that post.
