Do you mean group as in a Clan or group as in Forums for this sort of thing? If its the latter, did you join a "Poop/Gift the person above you" thread? If so that's why you only got one poop/gift. You could try waiting a bit for others to post, and then post again.

You can try selling lions with special bases/markings in the Trading Center.
Or sell Silver Beetles in exchange for GB. the current exchange is going around 1200-1400 SB for 1GB.

or sell decor in the Trading Center for GB.

You can attack players for more territory space. Go to Explore Tab and click on the territory at the bottom and the tiles there represent player's dens. Scroll down on the players den and you'll see the option to PVP. Click and select to attack for territory. If you win. You get one territory slot. If you lose nothing happens. Although when doing this make sure you have more stats than the player you're attacking, since it'll give you a slightly higher chance of winning ^^

Or buy territory slots for SB. The little + symbol next to territory on your den information.
