Not sure what the plot should be

My character:

Name: Nathaniel Blaise

Nickname: Blaise

Gender: Male

Age: 22

What he had studied: Criminal science and social science.

Personality highlights: He is a flirtatious person, who enjoys meeting people. He does drink often, just not enough to be considered a drunk or alcoholic. He is a very sweet baby, but is kinda stalkerish. He also comes up with nicknames for everyone and has a gun named Lucifer that he nicknames Luci.

Appearance: Blaise has red hair with short spiked hair in the front that I don't know how to describe. He also has really bright green eyes and a scar on his left arm where he got sliced by a knife by a girl he "offended". He is also very skinny, but he does have mussel his body type is just twig like.

Attire: He wears clothes like Isaac. Because scarfs.
