Hello HuntedTiger6. First of all, you will need to use either the territory page or the search option since you will need to expand your territory. The search option allows you to search for various types of lions. I would search for a lion that is a level or two lower than your king. When you find such a lion, click onto the player's profile and scroll down. There should be a box at the bottom of their page that says "Attack this Lion" where you are able to attack for either skill, experience, or territory. Make sure that the territory option is selected and if all goes well you should have enough territory to breed your lioness.

To add to what Sora said, you can also pay for a territory slot at this point, they cost silver beetles. And you are able to buy territory up until 20 slots ^^
