T: Sean managed to drive back to Mark's house without getting them into an accident, which surprised Mark greatly. "Thanks Sean." "No problem," And with that, Sean backed out of Mark's driveway and then sped off. Mark shrugged and then resumed his jog. While jogging to the end of the street, Mark saw a wooden lamp post with information to a party on it. Maybe she'll want to go with me, Mark thought as he remembered the beautiful leopard he'd met earlier.

Shila decided to adjust how she was sitting, so she got to her feet and stretched out her arms. It was a very nice day outside considering that it was winter. Looking around at the quiet neighborhood, she wondered if anything exciting ever happened. Of course, just this morning she had seen an illegal hunter get captured.

Smiling, Mark turned around and headed back the way he'd come, except, he didn't know where her new house was. He didn't even know her name! "What am I thinking?" He growled softly at himself and looked downwards at the sidewalk, wishing he'd asked for her number while he had the chance. "Besides, maybe the feelings aren't mutual anyways," He mumbled, looking up and seeing the pathway that led into the forest. "Well, it couldn't hurt to take a walk," He reasoned, setting off for the small path that led into the forest.

Shila sat for a while, until she started getting a little restless. Sitting up, she looked around, finally getting to her feet and starting walking down the road again. It was a nice neigborhood to walk in, and once again, she decided to head into the forest. The air was warm, and she chose a different path then before; maybe she would stumble upon a clearing only she knew about. It was a shame that Mark had had to leave, maybe she would see him tomorrow on his jog again. After all, she did walk every morning.

Taking his normal route, Mark walked along the lonely path kicking a stone in front of him. "Hmmm... The cave or the meadow?" He mumbled to himself, wondering which location he should go to. The cave was cool but the meadow was secret and beautiful. "Let's go with the meadow," He decided, going off the path and further into the trees, leaving muddy footprints behind him.

Taylor walked for about 15 minutes, and was about to turn back when the trees started thinning out. And before she knew it Shila had walked out into the prettiest meadow she had seen. She wondered if anyone had stumbled across this before. It was entirely possible, but right now she didn't care. Everything was so green, the grass glistening from leftover dew.

Mark looked up at the sky and then at the beautiful meadow, his icy-blue eyes sweeping over all the green grass and small flowers it contained. He sighed, the dewy grass feeling good against his fur after he'd taken his shirt off when he'd first arrived in the clearing and then laid down. The clouds looked soft, fluffy, adn extremely white as the morning sun shined across the sky.

Shila was inspecting the area, seeing if there were any particularly good spots to lay down on rhe grass when something caught her eye. Curious, she stsrted walking toward something that appeared to be white, when she realized that it was the tiger from earlier.

Mark closed his eyes, loving the feeling of the sun on his bare fur. He opened them immediately when he heard a twig snap nearby. His ear twitched as the natural sound of the breeze sweeping through the tall grass was interrupted by the sound of that twig snapping.

Shila walked up to Mark, not close enough to startle him, but close enough he that he could hear her.
"Mark, is that you?" If it did turn out to be him, she would be surprised that they had run into each other twice in one day like this.

Mark sat up, hearing someone say his voice. He looked around to see the snow leopard from earlier. Heat flushed his pelt as he realized that she'd caught him without a shirt on. "Uhh... Hi," He said, quickly grabbing his tank top and putting it on. "So I see you've found another one of my secret places."

Shila moved closer to Mark once he got his shirt on, and she silently laughed to herself as he seemed embarrassed. "Hi," she paused, listening to him speak, and she cast a look around the meadow. "I guess that I have. You seem to have a good taste in spots." She moved closer, and looked down at him. "Mind if I sit?"

"Sure thing," He said, rubbing the back of his neck with one of his paws. "I don't own the meadow, I just found it." He was inwardly cursing himself out, embarrassed that she'd caught him without his tank top on. He hoped she didn't see the long scar that ran down his right pectoral ab all the way down to his torso. "So, I never did get your name," He said, flicking an ear at the sound of the rustling grass.

Shila sat down on the grass, making sure to give Mark enough space so she wouldn't be in his bubble. "Thanks," running a paw down her arm, she laughed at his words. "I know you don't own it. But I didn't want to interrupt anything or invade your alone time." After they sat for a moment, Shila had almost zoned out until she heard Mark speak again. Giving another quiet laugh, she glanced to the side at him and said, "I guess you didn't, did you?" Spreading her legs in front of her and holding herself up with her arms behind her, she bent her head back with her eyes closed to absorb the little bit of sun that had come out. "My name is Shila."

Mark smiled and stared up at the sky too. "That's a very pretty name you have," He knew that the words had sounded better in his head then when he spoke them. When he'd said them, they sounded weak. He sat cross-legged, his tail strewn behind him and lashing softly. The sun made his fur warm, causing him to let out a soft, yet low, purr.
