So... it's been happening since when I became a player, which... happened some years ago. But since I didn't play it so much, I guess I'm still kind of new to this game. So, I'm sorry if what I'm asking is dumb. I actually don't know if it's normal or if it's unusual. Well, the thing is: all my pregnant lioness give birth to female cubs. I have never had a male be born once. All the males I have, except my king ('cause I made him), I got from other people or I found them in the Giving Tree. Is it normal? Is it a bug? Or is my king fated to only have daughters? Hah. (Look at my Den and my Cave if you're wondering. I only have 2 lions.) I'm sorry if I wrote anything wrong, by the way. How many times have your lionesses given birth and how many cubs total have you had? Each cub born has an even chance of being either gender unless I'm mistaken 0 players like this post! Like? |

I usually get 75%-85% females. I rarely get males. 1 out of 4 would be generous. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I've had a lot of females too, more females than male so the odds for gender may be tilted toward females. But that doesn't mean there couldn't be an isolated glitch 0 players like this post! Like? |

^^Agree with Ivy. I'm not usually happy to see males. They don't sell and I'm usually trying to breed for better ladies for my breeding projects. when I get males that fit, then I have to pay for sex changers. Out of 9 cubs born today, exactly 2 were males. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I understand that males are less valuable than females, it's understandable especially since not everyone can get sex changers at will. However if it's a glitch it should be resolved. I'm not saying it is, as I said, most of my cubs are female as well. However, some people do want males and if it's a glitch the Mods should know. Like myself, I never buy males. All my kings have been the son of the king before him. If I suddenly got a glitch that meant I had no males I'd want it fixed so I could keep the original line of kings intact. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Right now, I have a total of 8 daughters, and zero sons. I have had more daughters before, but I chased them away, if I'm not mistaken. I guess the game doesn't compute it. If it does, do you know where I could see it? Some of my lionesses have had more than one cub, but all females. Even when they weren't born together, when I got them pregnant for a second time, they had females again. So, making it simple, I have lionesses that had only one daughter, and lionesses that had two daughters. Nothing more than that, yet. Thank you for answering me! 0 players like this post! Like? |

I don't think its a glitch as there are litters where I'm lucky and get almost all females, others almost all males, and then mixed evenish amount of male/female litters. I mass breed on both of my accounts. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I'm not saying it is a glitch, it really hinges on how many total cubs. Because if it's a big number of cubs, like 50 or even 30, it's incredibly unlikely to have no males at all. It the number is closer to 20 then maybe I could believe it's chance. But in all reality if you don't mind not having males born then it's really not an issue. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Oh, I see. Yeah, I think it would make sense, as there are limited slots for males. What made me find it weird was the fact that I've seen other players giving birth to males, while it never happened to me. I thought that maybe something could be wrong with my game. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I just figured there was a skewed chance, where it wasn't a 50/50 chance at getting males/females. In the two years I've been here, every single one of my kings has fathered more than twice as many daughters as sons. It has never even been remotely close. Maybe it's a glitch, maybe it's not. I see more females than males, which I find to be a positive thing since males have fewer slots, less purpose, and usually less worth. I'm wondering if maybe the scale is tipped more in favor of females, but I'm not sure. I've had an all male litter of like 3 born before. Had to kill them all. 0 players like this post! Like? |
