I was thinking this morning about the travesty that is too many Special Lionesses end up on accounts who never appear to log on after the user initially impresses the lioness. I agree that everyone should have a chance to obtain the lioness and that once you win her you can do what you wish. But, what if a confirmation claim system was implemented? Ex: John Doe impresses the special girl. A few days later he wins the weekly lioness. But, in order to claim her he has to click a button. Maybe an in-game notification pops up saying: Congrats! You won this week's special lady! You have XX days to accept her into your pride! Click here to welcome her! If there is no claim within a certain time frame (let's say for this example 30 days) then the lioness either gets redrawn or goes back to the bucket to be impressed again. If the user comes back to the game after the time is over and clicks on the notification, it could change to say: Sorry! Time has run out to accept this lioness! She has left in a huff to seek another pride! That way anyone still has the exact same chance to win her, but they have to be playing the game to accept her. (Of course if the user decides after that to leave the game, there's nothing that can be done about that.) Anyway, just a thought! Other Suggestions/Additions: By Talmoi: Change impress opportunity to be daily vs. weekly. The more days you impress, the higher the chances of winning. By whales0ng: I think it would be best if the notification disappeared and so they would never know that they were originally drawn. I would be heartbroken if I left for a month and got a message that the lioness had moved on, but it would be fine if I never knew! This is what is already done if the winner has full territory. I would be concerned about original winners harassing the next winner if they knew they had lost their chance |

What if you don't rollover a side account to freeze it, but win the lioness on your side and want it? 0 players like this post! Like? |

Couldn't the in game notification be seen without having to roll over as long as you are logged in? Of course clicking the link would then require a rollover. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I've always wanted to be able to enter once per day, If a player logs on enters and logs off for the rest of the week they would have a lower chance to win then a daily player who would have 7 entries. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Support. It really bothers me how inactive players will win the lionesses. Maybe make up a rule that only allows players that "have logged in the past X amount of days" to attempt to impress her. This is why some marks hardly get around, winners won't get online to breed her and help spread marks. Feline marks in particular. 0 players like this post! Like? |

That's a good idea too, Talmoi. The only issue is that RNG is still RNG and the lioness can still end up in an account that has since gone AWOL without some sort of stop-gap in place once she's won. 0 players like this post! Like? |

@Kuma the only issue is that the user has up to one week to impress a lioness. The usrr can even impress the same day and then disappear forever before the girl is handed out. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I do like this idea, it bothers me TOO much that the special lionesses ALMOST allways go to newbies that end up leaving forever after a week after they won the lioness. maybe they allready left before that. :/ or they go to someone that isnt active much, and after a month they still didnt come online. definetly support!! (id smash that support button a 100 times if i could!) 1 player likes this post! Like? |

When you say, "Claim," you don't mean that you actually have to go CLAIM the lioness and chance losing her, right, like you would in Explore? 0 players like this post! Like? |

How would you know if you impressed the female? What would I come up as? 0 players like this post! Like? |

I completely agree with this mainly because it isn't fair for those who put an effort into being on this game and those who could care less just win a special lioness... 1 player likes this post! Like? |

This is a very good post and I also support it 100%. I have one thing I don't understand in this spec. lioness thing. Ever since I’ve been playing for over 3 years now, it’s always (well, not entirely) only new players have won. It’s like long-playing players are forgotten. This is what I mean by: My ID is #121467, but most special lioness winning player IDs start with: #18-19 I ask, e.g., what does a new player (who hasn’t done retire yet and has a common (new player) base lion) start with? Ad 1: Sell? It made a lot of sense to win. Ad 2: Maybe stud with her? After all, the monkey tree always needs cubs. What if a player who logs in on Monday wins and then realizes that he doesn’t even like the game and never plays with it again. From here, again, a precious female lion is taken there. With this writing, I don’t want to hurt new players, please don’t get me wrong, you should simply somehow limit your chances of winning to players who are proficient in the game. 0 players like this post!
