Okay here is the formal plot:

The city of Waltburg is a strangely idyllic place, ask any stranger and they’ll tell you there’s something different about it. The town motto is ‘A place for everything and everything in its place’ and indeed there’s a sort of delicate balance throughout the town. To outsiders it seems almost unnatural and interacting with the townsfolk gives a strange sense of familiarity. While not everyone in Waltburg is as pleasant as the town itself, everyone has their own niche to fill.

That’s why when something’s off skelter it’s glaringly obvious. At first no one could put their finger on exactly what was wrong. It started with Michael Mouskewitz, the mayor of Waltburg. First came the lethargy, Mick lost the pep in his step and started to drag. Then came the random, angry outburst. And worse still he started to fade, at first it wasn’t really noticeable but eventually everyone noticed how grey and clammy his skin had become, his faded clothes, and even his eyes had a dull look about them. It was like he was on the other side of an antiqued mirror.

While it was concerning everyone assumed it was a really nasty cold that Mick would eventually get over. But when his wife, Minerva, fell ill it sparked a bit of a panic. Her symptoms came on faster than Mick’s and within the year she was as ill as Mick, possibly even worse. After Minnie, Daisy Duke caught the sickness, then her fiancé Don and eventually it was something that the townspeople could no longer ignore. They went to the town apothecary for help. Yin Sid had never seen anything like it and while he gave his best efforts he couldn’t conjure a cure. At a loss, some of the more desperate townsfolk turned to Maleficent who suggested that those who were afflicted be banished and a barrier be put up around the town to protect those who were unaffected.

Some agree with Maleficent’s solution while others think they should focus on trying to find a cure. It had divided the town and things are quickly coming to a head. A decision needs to be made but with Waltburg all helter skelter it won’t be an easy task.
