Did auburn marks just die out or did they never get rolling? If you search under pride members, there is not a single lion in the game who has Auburn Brindle, Crackle, Glaze, or Panther. It's one of my favourite mark-types and yet I have no way to foist it upon my lions! There seems to have been an applicator once upon a time, but it's listed as a random world drop.

Does anyone know what happened?
