Again, more of a curiosity question than an actual problem...

So, we have at least two mutations that have a chance of being passed to the cubs (Piebald and Primal..and maybe one other, I feel like I'm missing one) if one parent has the mutation. The chance of the cub having that mutation is probably fairly small.

However, if one was to breed Primal male/Primal female, or Piebald male/Piebald female, would the chances of the cub getting the mutation be doubled/upped, since both parents possess the mutation?

No for Primal, as Primal only passes from males.
But yes for piebalds, chances their cub would inherit their piebald would be double. It's still a pretty low chance though.
