I'd suggest you to sell carcasses to other users rather than the monkey. The monkey doesn't pay well.
Hunt A LOT, and sell large bunches of 100 uses of food (not including small snacks like human legs or small rodents) for 1200sb the bunch.
You can also claim every lioness you come across, and sell them for 20sb per lioness. Not much, but if you claim like 10 lionesses a day, it's still 200sb.

Interesting I have trouble selling lioness for even as little as 5 SB o.o

Sell them in bulks, trades named "karma fodder", rather than trying to sell them individually.
