"Pherua can you get the vines? Your naturally able to climb better then us and, Barkley an probably sniff us some river or something and make some mud. And it looks like you already found a stick?" she stops walking and looks over at Sheyla. Her eyes soon traces out the outline of the figure, a hint of fear causes her tail to twitch. She quickly grabs Barkley's knife and flings it directly at the figure, who ends up jumping onto a branch further up. The knife hits the tree trunk instead. She looks back at her friends. They're all here, I should be safe? She lunges forward, jumps, grabs the knife and dashes back to the shore.

"Alright, once we have the vines take two and tie them to the branch. I'll use the mud to clog any holes that small animals can get through. Then we tie the two vines to the rest of the vines, which I'll weave together. Then we lower the trap and wait for something to get trapped in it." She glanced at them, feeling like she should be embarrassed, then she thought of the song her mother had sung to her when she was young. She would do whatever she had to to keep everyone safe.

"Smart!" she squeaks. "Hmm, I think we should have a shelter build first, we should go gather some wood," she looks back in the jungle,"As a group." SIlice watched to many horror movies. The one alone always died first, and she was not about to let any one of her group get killed. "Or if you guys don't want to, I can dig and make some classic hole-in-the-ground traps for any animals that gets trapped?" she points to a clearing nearby on the map.

Pherua has a dull face as she looked at Silice. "Bad call to split us up don't you think, I think we should go in pairs at least." She said looking up at the sky. "I can get the vines no problem." She said walking towards the trees, the fog had no effect on her since she lived on a moutain that got really bad blizzards during the winter. She climbed up the tree with ease finding some vines. "This will do." She said to herself as she cut them with her pocket knife. She jumped down to the ground her tail twitched as she stood up. She smiled as she made her way back to the others. "Never been hunted before, sound like fun." She chuckled softly, as she saw the others her smile vanished. She didn't want the others to think she had a part in this or think she was weird that she found it slightly amusing that she was being hunted.

"Alright." Sheyla found a log, covered in moss. She scraped off some moss and made into a formidable bench and sat down, resting her legs. A sigh of relief escaped her mouth. "This is going to be hard, tracking down a murderer, surviving in the wild. Let's just hope none of us resort to eating each other." She look over at Silice, then Barkley, and last Pherua. She scraped moss of the log so they could all have somewhere to sit, even if it WAS uncomfortable.

Silice flops down on the log. Ideas swarming through her curious mind. Who could the murder be? That, we probably won't find out until the end. But surviving for her was easy. She takes a deep breath,"Alrighty guys, Let's go gather some large branches so we can at least make a sleeping shelter," another question reaches her,"Should we build it on the beach or somewhere higher, of course if it's higher it'll probably be in the jungle.." She looks down on her map again and sees that the island doesn't end on the map. Maybe they could explore the extra land and find a cave instead?

"I say in the trees, so we are safer from the murderer." Sheyla got up and started pacing. She was thinking about how hungry she was to distract herself from the murder. "I'll get us something to eat. I used to go hunting. I need a curved stick, two vines, a small stick, and something sharp." She remembered when her father had taught her to make a bow and arrow. "Tie the vine to the top and bottom... Secure it with something...," she was muttering the instructions to herself.

Barkley sat on the jungle floor. "We may as well build a temporary shelter here. It's getting dark and I hear ferals rome these parts." He said and grabbed two stick and began to attempt to make a fire. After a few minutes the sticks sparked and he was able to light a small, dry fire. "This thing will only last a few minutes, someone gather all the dry brush you can." He said and looked at the others.

Sheyla nodded and ran off to collect bushes. As she was yanking one, she heard a snarl behind her. She gasped with fear and turned to face the snarling thing. She couldn't tell what it was, but it was the black figure she saw in the trees. She opened her mouth to call for help but the figure put its hand over her mouth. She yanked the bush out and whacked the figure with its thorns and it fled, leaving a trail of blood as it limped away, growling. She ran back with her bushes. She sat down, panting. "I think.... I found.... The murderer... It attacked me.... I chased it off... It left a... Blood trail.." She panted the words in between breaths.

She curiously at Sheyla's bloody bush thorns,"Interesting thing to smack it with. And guys look," she points them to a uncharted part on the map,"Shall we explore this area in the morning? We may find some caves!" Silice's eyes were trailing a row of palm leaves, dry palm and coconut that they could eat. She also saw a small stream in the distance, fresh water. This island seemed like a paradise for survivalists, if only the murder weren't lurking..

Pherua watched as Barkley made the fire, then walked off to grab some dry sticks and leaves. She heard rustling in the distance, she stood there her ears twitching in all direction. Soon silence filled the air once more, she snorted as she headed back to the others. When she got back she saw Silice looking at a bush then the map while Sheyla looking quite scared. She put the sticks in the fire then the leaves. "Did I miss something?" She said her tail swishing side to side.

"Yes. I beat the murderer with a thorn bush. They left a trail of blood, which I thought we could follow to see where they went." She glanced at the bloodied bush. "They probably attacked me because they think we're weak out here." She couldn't help but feel a shiver run through her spine, as though the attacker was watching her now. She looked at Barkley, then Pherua, and back to Silice. She felt comforted, knowing that she was in a group and would be safe.
