Hello fellow players! So i have read many threads about this mutationed heirs, trying to keep the looks while also keeping the mutation and such. People have explained this issue so beautifully but i still do not understand it, so i wanted to ask it again.

Okay so i will retire my king later on and i started to work on my heir. I have 2 heirs, both will be sex changed later. Issue starts here;
-My first heir is the heir that i want to keep its looks. She has septa feline and double lace and nacre base, she is gorgeous in my opinion.

-My second heir is a dwarf, she was gifted by an amazing friend for my birthday. She has +500 stats and still gaining more but her markings are nothing compared to my first heir.

I want to have a dwarf king with the looks of my first heir. If i crown the first heir, wait for a month, and then mutation replace it with my second heir while keeping the first ones looks, would i have a dwarf with septa feline? Or would i lose its mutation?
