Who doesn't love female manes? Who doesn't want even more of them? That's what I've come to deliver to you today!

I call this Mane Downy. Was originally Mane Ruff until I saw that we have Mane Ruffled and that's a little close. Alternate name suggestions are welcome! Since most of the good ones are taken >->

I'm no good with fur detail, so excuse the poor quality mock-up. Basically, it's just a ruff of longer fur along the neck, which would be the color of a regular mane instead of the base (like Feather, Frizzy, and Shaggy).

Also this is sort of random, but I'd love to see some minimal base change mutations applied to poses. Not ones that already exist, but new ones such as this. Just my two cents
