13 years ago the world of the gods was attacked by those in the underworld. The war went on for 2 years before the elder gods, the world’s strongest gods, decided they would not be able to win the war. They all had children and worrying that their children would not be spared, the elder gods decided to give each child a familiar infused with both their magic and their children's blood. The children stayed in the god world for one year with their familiars before they were sent to the very earth they would rule over. The familiars were given the task of protecting the children, which they gladly did. Each child along with their familiar was left at a doorstep of the gods most faithful and kindest followers who looked after them until they were old enough to attend Granite School. A school the gods chose for their children to attend when the time was right. These children have only an inkling of their true potential, and will have to learn to respect and understand each other, facing difficult situations mere humans could never dream of, and grow together as a unit. They are the hope for the future, and they must learn that as a group, mateship is their strength.

This roleplay takes place in an average school known as Granite School. It takes in people from the ages of 16-26. Most students take the same classes, and dorms are given to the students who do not have homes nearby. This school contains mortals and immortals (gods and any other supernatural beings) who have to keep their identity secret.
Dorms consist of a small en suite - two single bedrooms, a lavish kitchenette, and a small living and entertainment area. Showers/bathrooms are contained in the same building (on the lower level below dorms) and the different genders share these quarters, as well as dorm rooms. You *must* provide a picture/sample of your character’s living quarters (Bedroom only) to give us an insight into your character’s style.

Your Character/s

Sub-species:
In this roleplay, you can either a supernatural/ god. Being a human in this role-play is highly unadvised, as the storyline will be based on the heritage and powers if the characters.



Species:
-High council:
The top gods, they make decisions concerning all gods and are voted in by the other gods and deity's. However because most of the gods are dead all of the surviving children from the war are in the council along with their familiars.

-Gods/Goddesses:
The main bulk of the godly population. They rule over many things and are what makes the world spin. The world has been chaotic ever since most of them died.

-Spirit Gods: (Always male)
These are the hybrids between a Deity and a God. They have strong powers from their God parent but are not nearly as strong as a actual god. They are even rarer then Deity's due to the fact that there not many Deity's and most gods would choose to be with another god rather then a Deity.

-Deities: (Always female)
The "lesser" gods per say, they dont have a very large following and dont have very strong powers. There were not many of them before the war, there are even less now…

-Familiar:
Beings created by gods and deity's they serve as workers and are happy to do so! They were given life by the gods and deity's and would gladly give it away to save their creators. The gods and goddess Familiars were created by the surviving children's parents with the children's blood. Because the children's blood runs through them the familiars are bound to the children and wont vanish after 3 years like other familiars.

-Fallen Angels;
These are gods that are the Decedents of a demon and a god. Due to the malicious nature of demons they typically end up in the underworld or just on earth but never in the heavens despite their lineage and as such tend to come to grow a fierce hatred for their godly parent.

***All the different species have the potential to be just as powerful as each other, meaning a demon could be as powerful as a high-council god, and vice versa. The character's sub-species will play apart of their struggles/strengths with training as a 'god'. This Roleplay is about exploring the character’s development of their heritage, and growing and developing with each other.***

R U L E S
1. No Powerplaying, this will get you a warning
2. Do not overpower your character, make it fair for everyone else.
3. Please ask before killing someone else's character. Let the person and I know if you want to kill their character.
4. Enter "Gods Contradict" in other if you read the rules
5. Don't roleplay as a supernatural being that you don't know anything about!
6. Try and aim for at least 4-5 lines in your posts, minimum is 2.
7. Characters can own their own pets as long as they aren't fantasy and aren't wild (Unless a special license is given and owned by the character, the only exception to this rule is the gods/goddess who all have familiars, although any fantasy familiars are disguised as non fantasy animals)
8. Please remember this is a school for humans and supernaturals, so if you own a character that isn't normal they must try and fit in as much as possible into the human world, of course though, you will get a chance to show your characters true power.
9. This is a Semi-Lit RP. That means I wont be allowing text talk (ikr, ttyl, ect) nor will I accept a ton of misspelling. Your computer or phone will have a spell check on it. Use It!
